   Gurinder did a very good job of putting me at ease and explaining everything he was doing. The appointment did not feel rushed. I fully understand the need for a filling which I’ve been booked in for. The dental nurse and reception staff were all very friendly. I have been a patient at the practice for 35 years and can’t ever imagine going anywhere else. I would highly recommend. Excellent all round.

   I've been going to Lock and Warren since 1995. Always used to be brilliant. I had to rearrange an appointment in October and was put on the "locum waiting list" - apparently I don't have an actual dentist after 27 years. I still haven't received a call and I'm having to look for a new dentist. Such a shame after so long.

   On my first routine check up for nearly 2 years due to the pandemic nearly all the staff were new to me. I am a very nervous patient and everyone was very kind and supportive. I unexpectedly had to have an extraction which was carried out the same morning for which I am very grateful - saved a lot of worry for me! Thanks to all - highly recommended practice.
