   Best mechanics ever. I searched tirelesssly for a mechanics with amazing reviews that could change my timing belt on my 308. I even spoke to Peugeot themselves but it was a long wait. Booked in with these guys and they gave me the best quote, quick turnaround, and amazing customer service. Deffo a 5 star I’ll be using these guys again. Car drives just fine and irs been a few weeks now.

   I booked my car in for a paint job on the bumper. The paint job was done to a standard. The garage also went out of their way and gave my car a valet free of charge. Impressive work. An above and beyond customer service which has definitely left me smiling. Also thanks to the gentleman on the sales desk for helping over the phone. It was a very smooth and welcoming experience. I would definitely go back to them.

   I have gone out of my way to use this garage for a few years but will not do so again. The customer service has gone right down, as a fellow customer voiced to me also. If you dare to query anything they speak to you so rudely and disrespectfully and tell you to go elsewhere. The drinks machine never works. You are not offered a hot drink while you wait, you have to trek to reception to ask for one. On doing this I was told I could go into their scruffy, shoe box sized kitchen to make myself one! I went in and there were no clean cups. I was going to have to boil the kettle myself. Is this any way to treat a customer? When I told the man on reception there were no clean cups he jyst went in, picked up a dirty mug, rinsed it for a second under the tap and expected me to drink from it. I obviously declined. This place does not seem to be bothered anymore about retaining customers.

   Earlier this month, my car was treated to a hit and run, when it was parked in a public pay and display. The assailant driver left me fuming and anxious as they had left no details. Thankfully, this garage was recommended by whocanfixmycar.com. Not only did this garage and it’s crew respond to me quickly, they offered a reasonable price to fix my baby back to the way she was before. I am happy to say that the attention to detail the lads did is spot on amazing. They truly appreciate their cars and it shows. Would be more than happy to recommend this garage, and look forward to future business should ever I be in the Leeds area for anything car related.
