Stayed here quite a few times in the past, but the greeting we experienced this time, from PJ behind the desk, was the best of all the Premier Inns we've ever visited. Not only did he go above and beyond in terms of help and friendliness, he was so intrigued by my wife's name, he researched its origins and presented us with a printed summary of his findings. Fantastic chap and a real credit to the company!
One of the better Premier Inn, although it fits the budget brand. Helps that the rooms (in the annex) are modern and adequately maintained. Staff has been friendly and efficient to help out. Outside noise can be significant due to the nearby airport and intersection.
I've stayed here many times over the last few months.... Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for these guys, what a team ethic... I must say that these guys go above and beyond to make not only the rooms immaculate but any queries or issues they are dealt with immediately and for me... outstanding... i can't remember everyone's name but a special mention to Bev and Stephen.... the whole team are so accommodating but most importantly approachable!!! It wasn't the best premier Inn I've stayed at, especially considering the price. Location was convenient and the on site car park is large. I'd probably try somewhere else in a similar price bracket next time.
All the team are fantastic, they go out of there way to make us feel at home. Bev, Mike and Vicky are so lovely thankyou for making our stay perfect.
Lovely staff, helpful. Great that you can't hear the planes going over whatsoever! The food was good in the restaurant, plenty of options for breakfast. Short walk to the town centre.
Load of us stayed her for a few nights for a family wedding and we had the best time ever. The staff are amazing, went above and beyond for our help and needs. the rooms are fresh and clean. Vending machine, extra tea and coffee etc, clean bedding and towels all at reception in case you need more. Pity the old rectory didn’t have the same standards.
