   I left my car for an MOT and afterwards they lost my wheel locking nut, which caused me a lot of unnecessary problems. Because of their mistake, I had to spend extra money to resolve an issue that they created. When I returned to the service to address this, they said they could not help in any way and took no responsibility for what happened. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Their negligence cost me both time and money. I would strongly not recommend this service.

   Experience was top notch here. Car went in for major service and engine malfunction light. Service was done quick whilst keeping me updated on what needed fixing. Explained to me really well as to why I picked the right service for my car. The engine management light came back on after doing the work, so rang them and they asked me to bring it down straight away, found the root cause problem, ordered the part and was fully fixed less than 24 hours notice. P.s. I don't want it to seem like they misdiagnosed the fault, they didn't. The machine said a sensor was faulty, so they replaced that but then my car kept saying that the sensor was broken, but they quickly found a hole in the hose leading to the sensor and was fixed within 24 hours from that. Also quick shout out to Zain on the front desk, he totally gets what being customer facing is about. Great lad.

   Used this garage a few times for my step sons car and most recently mine when it needed new tyres. It’s a really well run business with an emphasis on customer service, this is championed by everyone I dealt with but in particular Rhys who offered first class insight from start to finish. Highly recommend the team and In particular Rhys who at the age of 21 has a very bright fire ahead of him.

   Wonderful garage. My car failed it’s MOT at another garage and they told me they couldn’t fix until Feb 7th. Halfords had it sorted and did an MOT free of charge within 9 days. Such good customer service. Will always be going here from now on!

   Halfords were bloody brilliant! & pretty much saved my life! MOT was due to expire on 19th December, she failed, I had to have a new suspension spring at the front & fog lights replaced but she passed, Tom was brilliant with me - didn't take me for a mug (as most garages do with a woman driver, yes I know but some still do it!) knocked me a bit of a discount off as well so I'll DEFO be back

   Had MOT done here. The service was ok but when I had to call them on a couple of occasions, they seemed disinterested and like id just woken them up. The car failed initially but that particular location didnt have the experience/equupment to carry out the repairs so had to take it elsewhere.

   Very happy with the service provided. Couldn’t pass MOT due to broken indicator short before the test. Nat and the team did their best to supply the correct part from dealer (not easy) and get the car back on the road quickly
