Fantastic quality outdoor mules. My husband and I ordered 2 pairs of the mules but unfortunately we chose a size too big for each. Not a problem returning them for an exchange. Their customer service is brilliant, especially Richard. We will definitely be buying more! Cannot praise them enough.
Terrible returns process, do not provide qr code or label to be printed at home and then failed to accept the parcel. No contact phone number. Trying to send back a sub-par quality pair of shoes with some damage and wonky stitching. Says easy returns on website, clearly not
Just got a pair of leather shoes, boy they punch way over their price point. Presentation is excellent, so is customer's service, I needed a last minute (after payment) arrange, and they obliged. I will definitely look there first for future needs. Recommended!
Nice shoes but was too small had to pay £6 shipping and then £7 to return them. No shipping refunded so make sure you get right size or else you end up wasting more money
I have had a few pairs of SW shoes and a few other bits like linen suits etc over the years but this appears to be when they were made of better materials. The shoes I’ve got fit well and are comfortable, but I don’t think I will buy from them again given other reviews that the quality has reduced. It’s also such a shame they appear to have stopped selling everything else they used to sell.

I bought three pairs of shoes/boots from Samuel Windsor. I have been happy each time, especially with the boot, on which I get complimented regularly.
The Leather hand made slippers look great and at nearly £40 should be. They are nowhere near the quality and longevity of the originals. Mine, bought from the previous owners of SW, to replace a worn pair, that were nearly ten years old and still going strong, lasted only fourteen months before the sole of one of them split. Before buying a pair, ask SW how long they expect the slippers to last.
