Brilliant hotel. Lovely interiors. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and even acknowledged my birthday and presented me with a card which was a lovely gesture. Thank you Zohaal! Rooms were clean, modern and we had a lovely stay. The complimentary biscuits were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Manchester in a twin room (room 304), and I can honestly say it was a huge disappointment. For £180 a night, I expected much better. The basics weren’t even right. The room was only supplied with one towel for two people, the shower soap had completely run out, and the coffee cups hadn’t been properly cleaned – they still had coffee stains and were covered in towel fluff where someone had clearly just wiped them with a cloth. It left me questioning the overall cleanliness and standards of the hotel. When you’re paying this kind of price, you expect attention to detail, good housekeeping, and a comfortable stay. Sadly, this was far from the case. If this is what Hotel Indigo calls a boutique experience, then it really misses the mark. I would recommend staying anywhere else in Manchester over this hotel. For £180 per night, guests deserve far better than the careless service and poor standards I experienced.

Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.

Couldn’t fault this place and will be looking to book again when I am next in Manchester. Was attending an event at the arena and the location of the hotel is perfect from when we arrived at Victoria as it is just next door. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was perfect, nice and clean. Beds were comfy ans the facilities provided was great. The view from the sixth floor was nice. It was a nice option to have your breakfast in bed for an extra £5. We preferred to eat downstairs and enjoyed the concept of it not being a buffet style hot breakfast and it’s made to order. It was piping hot and tasted really nice. 5 stars couldn’t fault it.

We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.

We stayed for one night in a twin room. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was amazing! We had a comfortable sleep and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning. The bar was busy and noisy even at 11pm during the week but we couldn’t hear anything once we got to our room. Checking in was a little hectic, there was a large queue going out the door and it took a while for guests to be booked in. Apart from that faultless and would stay again. Great location.

Lovely welcoming friendly staff. The hotel was really busy on a Saturday but all the staff really attentive. Room amazing spacious and clean modern decor bed huge and super comfy. Also the whole place really quiet at night. Breakfast extra all cooked to order and great quality. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel, very chic. Good bar and very nice, comfortable well equipped rooms. Near the arena and not far from the car park. The only negative points were night time room service and breakfast. A good night menu is offered but when I enquired only very limited options were available. The night porter was very apologetic though, and gave me some complimentary snacks instead. This shows the good point of the hotel, just excellent service throughout, from reception to the night porters I mentioned to the breakfast staff, all of them were interested, pleasant and competent. The English breakfast was a bit small and not really what I expected, could have been better for the price, but overall an excellent experience and would recommend.
