   Went in to speak to someone about fixing my ignition, as I know nothing about cars I brought my dad who is an engineer. Not only was the guy super blunt and standoff with me but very condescending to my father. When my dad said we think the ignition is the problem, he replied with “well I’ll be the judge of that since I’m the expert”. Perhaps an expert in bad manners but definitely not an expert in keeping customers. I definitely did not bring my car here.

   My friend recommended this garage to me in my first year at uni and I haven’t looked back since. To say Chris and his team go above and beyond for their customers is an understatement, they send out post codes to your address when your MOT is due so you don’t forget. This year I had moved house and Chris didn’t know where my new address was so he rang me multiple times (I kept missing the call) to make sure I was reminded in time and had me booked in within a matter of days. Last month I had a noise I wanted checking out and they told me to come in straight away, diagnosed the problem within minutes and reassured me, then blew up my tyres without any charge. Being a young girl, it’s hard to find good people these days that won’t rip you off or belittle you over things like cars that I would have no clue about. I have more likely been undercharged than over charged with how good the prices are and they always explain and break things down to me so I understand. Whenever I do ring for anything, Chris always remembers me as soon as I call and say “hi it’s fin” which is lovely considering how many customers he must have. I honestly wish my car was broken more often so I would have the pleasure of dealing with a business as good as good and people as lovely as these are more often. I will be coming here as long as I live in leeds, or will probably travel to come back if I ever move! Thank you Chris & team!

   Popped in for a small job ( screw in tyre). Attitude of management and staff was first rate - their manners and courtesy were of a standard seldom seen nowadays. They couldn't repair the problem there and then but took the wheel off, put the spare on ( thereby keeping me mobile) and said they'd phone me when ready. This they did and very promptly too. The price was fair and the service excellent. Many thanks gents.
