Best garage ever. Been using it exclusively since I moved to LS10. The always go above and beyond for me and even can repair the car on the same day! Prices are also very good, no rip offs.
Excellent service provided and really friendly staff, I traveled from Newcastle to get dual controls fitted as they were the quickest turn around time. I called on Saturday and was booked in for Tuesday. As it was a 3/4 hr round trip I brought my dog with me, as soon as the staff saw the pup they came out the office with a HUGE array of good quality natural treats! On top of that the gave us direction to a local park which was only a 5 min walk from the garage. An hour after arriving the duals were fitted and I was back on my way North again but not without a dog guard for the car! They had a spare one lying around and gave me it for the pup. Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Especially as I’ve never met or used them before! I know if I was any closer I would be using these guys as my regular garage! I will be recommending to any other instructors wanting duals fitted.
My partner had his MOT here yesterday for his BMW thinking he was going to have to pay out a small fortune because he thought he needed replacement breaks. Fully prepared to pay for whatever work was needed, this lovely small business did a thorough job and confirmed that actually my partner was being over-cautious and his breaks are still absolutely fine for now and all that was needed was a new tyre which they did him a good deal on. They were professional and pleasant throughout the service and he even received a winter protection kit as an early Christmas gift. What a truly wonderful small business that should be really proud of themselves and they’ve just bagged themselves a long term customer along with recommendations to family and friends. I’ll be booking in myself next year for my MOT! Thank you for a truly seamless service.
So I travelled to Parkside Garage for my duals fitted which took me 50 minutes to get there. All I can say is I wish it was closer so I could use them all the time. I was told by Daz that it may not be possible to fit duals to my car as it was the facelift A4 version and made it a little complicated. Anyway Daz worked on the car a lot longer than it normally takes to fit them and managed to sort it for me. I also got a quote for some work that I know needs doing and the price was £100 less than my local garage had quoted me. Daz is a top genuine guy and the woman on the reception was lovely too had a good chat with her. Overall top class garage and and great people.
Being a driving instructor means needing my car to be on the road as much as possible! They booked my car in asap and new clutch fitted in a day. They are very friendly and reliable, when my husband went to pick the car up they showed him the old clutch and explained everything to him. Would highly recommend
I would give this garage more than five stars if I could. After having a really bad experience with another garage, I came across Park side garage on the internet and decided to give them a call. I have had nothing but genuine helpful service from start to finish. Everyone is so patient and friendly. My car is back on the road again and running more smoothly and better than it ever has. I will 100 percent be using Park side garage again in the near future.
Brilliant garage - my car died in a car park and they had it in and clutch replaced and more within 24 Hours. Very competitive pricing - I live 25 miles away and am going back next week to have some other work done I was so impressed!
First time using Parkside last month, I had a drive train error on my bmw 1 series and after taking it to a few garages without them solving the issue I booked in for a diagnostic check the next day after calling. They pinpointed the issue straight away and got me booked in the following day for the repair. They kept me up to date throughout the process via phone. And even tried to get it ready for me by the end of the day to collect because I didn’t have a car to get around! It’s been a month now since the repair and I am incredibly happy with the service. No issues! Nothing! Amazing! Will not be going anywhere else in future. Thank you for looking after me.
A fair and genuine garage with helpful staff that walk you through the whole process of the work they do. I brought my car in and they were so clear with what needed doing without messing me about like plenty of other garages tried doing. The work once done was done to a very high standard. Couldn't recommend them enough, 5* garage throughout.
