   I visited this garage recently to ask about booking my car in. The yard was very quiet — only a mechanic and a dog were around — so I thought it would be a good time to see if they had any availability. As I parked near the entrance (since their small car park was already full), a staff member came over in a very abrupt and confrontational manner, immediately telling me to move my car. The tone was unnecessarily aggressive for such a calm setting. As I started to walk back to my car, the same person followed me over and then suddenly decided to ask what the issue was with my vehicle. By that point, the attitude had already put me off completely. They claimed the garage was “extremely busy,” even though it looked empty, and told me to book it in and leave it with them. I immediately sensed something was not right and trusted my instinct to walk away. That first impression was enough for me — poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and no genuine interest in customer service. I was hoping this would be a decent local option in Beeston, but now I understand why it’s often quiet.

   Gail was lovely she had my car fixed the next day after i dropped it off, told me what was wrong and didnt over charge for parts like some places do. Ill be using this garage from now on. Very happy customer

   I was up in Leeds visiting family. Brake pads went on my van and I rang Automo-Beales as they were recommended and family use them. Was so impressed!! Gail on reception was lovely and fitted me in straight away and the repair was done same day. Was given estimated cost which was what was charged and was very reasonable. If I lived up this way I'd definitely have them as my regular garage. Almost tempting to time my visits with when MOT and service is due to be honest. Thank you so much for great job!

   Some of the best customer service I have experienced in an industry where it is not usually associated, along with very knowledgeable staff who gave me clear information of what was required for car to pass MOT and then provided me the quote works came in on price and on time, would recommend AutomoBeales to anyone who are feeling let down by their own garage AutomoBeales is a family owned independent garage who genuinely wants to look after its customers hoping they will return, I CERTAINLY WILL !!!

   I Went to this to this today to have MOT done on my car, I newly relocated to Leeds as am new to this area I Google and found this garage which is close to where I live. The receptionist t phoned me and asked is your car not registered in the England, I told him it registered in Northern Ireland and they are part of the UK. She was making fun of my accent and how I speak.It was very disgusting how some people can be dealing other people from different countries. Yes they failed my MOT saying my number plate is not compartable with the UK, is northern Ireland apart of the UK and my new head lamp is not leveled and bushing is corrided. NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST.

   Took my vehicle here 9 year ago and the tester failed it on corrosion on cills, a non structural part so not fail able. Last year whilst in hospital, the garage that was doing the work took it here again and they failed it on exactly the same thing, the same thing that it had passed the previous 8 years at different stations. Cannot comment on their mechanical work but their MOT tester doesn't know his job, a thin inner cill supporting a plastic outer cill on a plastic bodied vehicle isn't structural unless within 12" of a load bearing part.

   Nothing bad to say at all. Professional approachable friendly team. Who clearly enjoy what they do. The work was done quickly to an extremely high standard and extremely cost effective. Banks will not be broken and they clearly know what they are talking about. When I showed them what a previous garage had said they laughed and said even if the car did need this work it would not cost that much. Let's just say I drove out with a car that has passed MOT with most of my money left over. This is now my garage for all my car needs. Thank you
