   Overall a decent stay, but with a few drawbacks. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of parking, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we were disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. I’m not sure if this is current policy, but as a family of four it would have been helpful to have fresh towels, bins emptied, and tea/coffee condiments replenished. The room was also quite stuffy. The temperature wouldn’t go below 19°C, whereas we usually sleep at 16°C or lower, and this was made worse by the very high-tog duvet. The pillows weren’t particularly comfortable either. Finally, a small thing but worth mentioning: the square toilet paper feels more like something you’d find in a public toilet rather than a hotel room. Overall, it’s a convenient and friendly hotel, but a few comfort and housekeeping improvements would make a big difference, especially for families.

   I've stayed at this hotel three times now, and each visit has been fantastic! The staff are always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome every time. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with lots of great spots nearby. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, which is a big plus. I definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

   Nice location with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and the room was great. My only complaint was the Beefeater food which was expensive for what it was. The staff were very friendly tho.

   Stayed 2 nights between Christmas and New Year. Decent room with plenty of space for 5 people. Kerridge/Bollington are within a 10 minute walk, nice cottages and quiet countryside roads with a few pub options.

   Nice place. Unfortunately it was really hot and there is no air conditioning. The windows can't be opened properly for safety reasons. But staff did all they could: hallway and roof windows were open, so leaving my room door open a little bit allowed enough circulation to cool down.
