   They are absolutely amazing! We recently moved to the UK and bought a car that began giving us problems. They quickly identified the issues and even helped us understand the next steps, including how to communicate with the agency that sold us the car. Every time we’ve had a question, they’ve answered, often completely free of charge. One day our car key battery died, and instead of making us order one through them and wait, they simply told us where we could get a replacement the same hour. This kind of honesty and support is rare, especially for people who are new to the UK and not yet familiar with how everything works. I’m always happy to come back to them for anything car-related. A special thank you to the receptionist (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name), she has always been fantastic with us!

   Fantastic service from Kate and the team at at Motor Marque. I recently accompanied my daughter to the garage when she took her car for a service and MOT. The whole booking process was easy and Kate responded to any emails enquires very promptly and was extremely helpful. Any remedial work required following the MOT was explained clearly and the cost was broken down. There was no "hard sell" just clear honest advice. It was a very refreshing experience compared to a lot of garages and we will definately be returning. 100% recommended, you will not be disappointed!

   I was looking for a trustworthy garage to look after my old S3 and came across this little gem. I booked the car in for a full service and MOT and requested they advised me of how the car was as I had only bought it 6 months previously. It failed the MOT on the rear brakes, which turned out to be pads, discs and calliper's, after further investigation. The garage kept me informed throughout the work, got the parts in quickly and completed all the work satisfactorily. The workshop looks well organised and clean whereas some garages clearly do not have such high standards. Will return in the future. Thank you

   I used Motor Marque for the first time this week and from start to finish they were very professional, provided excellent customer service and did a great job. Finding reputable garages who get a good job done proportionately is difficult but I am so glad I found Motor Marque. The staff were very friendly and professional, great communicators and did a really good job on the car in terms of MOT and remedial work required. I definitely recommend them.
