I had an extremely disappointing experience with LEEDS AUTOCARE LTD. From the start, the service and MOT were poorly handled. I was given no paperwork on the day of the service leaving me with no official record of the work done. To make matters worse the staff were incredibly unprofessional and lacked any customer service skills. The most concerning part of my experience was dealing with the owner. After I left a review sharing my honest feedback on “my garage” , the owner called me and threatened me, saying “watch what happens” if I didn’t remove my review. This kind of childish and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. As a result, I’ve had to involve the police. Be warned, this business shows no accountability when things go wrong, and I strongly recommend avoiding them.
Rang up for a last minute MOT, the lads got me in next day. All sorted, they advised what will need doing for next time, showed me some potential issues. Highly recommend these lads, quality work and helpful

Amazing Service should give the boys down at the garage a shout if your wanting quality workmanship carried out on your car and efficient work as I had my MOT booked in the morning and finished off by the afternoon in order for me to be back on the roads well within time for a family event. Went down today for a service and brake pads change. Then realised they also paint callipers. They accommodate everything under one roof Awesome!! Really nice bunch of lads aswell. Paul is very knowledgeable and knows what he's on about. Keep it up boys!!!
