   If I could give minus stars i would. Paid for two new tires and wheel alignment. 3 return trips because the alignment wasn’t right and still isn’t. Rounded off wheels nuts and a concave underside of the car from not jacking it up in the right place. Told my track rod end was seized - it wasn’t. Was asked to speak to Regional manager who couldn’t car less. All to be fixed at my expense. AVOID!

   Thank You Travelling on a Leeds Council School Run with an Autistic Child when my tyre suddenly sank to the floor. Thankfully the centre was within easy reach and guys were so helpful. Unfortunately my vehicle was a rental so with the tyre unrepairable I was unable to get a new one but the changed it to the spare wheel free of charge so I could complete the School Run. Highly recommend Many Thanks

   I visited the Leeds office and met with Connor who checked my tyres and said the two front might need a change as they were about 3mm. I really valued the way he spoke and treated me. I went online, paid for two tyres eventually having encountered Internet error problems with the website, got a date for fixing, brought the car and luckily met with Connor again who changed them. I also asked that the back tyres be checked and Connor informed they were about 4mm/5mm and further advices that since my work makes me travel a lot, l can also bring in the car in about a month for further checks to be sure it does not go down to the legal limit. I valued these advice and l am impressed with his customer service. Thank you Connor. Thank you Formular One Autocenter Leeds.

   Firstly the tyre deal was the cheapest found online. Have never used F1 before so was not sure what to expect. Communication was excellent and was met by Wayne who was fully aware of the booking and how long it would take. Very straight forward and professional service from the team there and car was ready without any issues. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.
