I had a very disappointing experience at this Nike store due to the behaviour of the acting manager named Holly. I visited the store to return a product that was not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act, yet Holly showed a clear lack of understanding of the difference between company policy and UK legislation when. Furthermore, Nike has a 60 day return policy which Holly was oblivious to and persisted to make me feel as i was the one who is ignorant. Despite remaining polite and civil throughout, security was unnecessarily called, which was intimidating and made me feel like I had done something wrong when I hadnβt. Hollyβs manner was dismissive and unprofessional, and the situation was handled very poorly. This experience has significantly affected my view of the brand, and I would expect much better training and customer service standards from Nike.

Ava and Lewis were absolutely amazing with bright futures ahead of them. They should be the managers! I was trying on clothes, left the cubical to show my girlfriend who was waiting outside on the chairs and the manager Alex sneakily went inside my cubical and took out the bottoms I was trying on and then proceeded to buy, NEVER in my life of retail have I ever experienced such a thing like that and for a manager to portray such poor standards seriously needs looking into. Ava greeted me well and spent time with me as soon as I entered the store, I would give her a rise and a tip from my purchase if I could, Lewis and another gentleman quite young with brown hair also made the purchase pleasant but I am absolutely traumatised from what the manager done, who then went on to say itβs because they have had items missing several times todayβ¦ It made me ask myself βif I was Caucasian would that have happened?β Such a shame for these poor standards to be held in Nike where I shop often. Massive Welldone and thank you to Ava, Lewis and the other chap. As for Alex and the brunette with the glasses I think they need training on customer acquisition and experience because they did not give me a pleasant one, I will shop in Nike again but I will never return to that store in Bromley mainly because of that manager Alex and the experience he left me with.

I ordered online 2 shoes in different size and then I went to return the bigger size , the lady manager refused the refund as she said the shoes was dirty , I checked the reviews and I can see this has happened to many people I believe they should review her management and service skills , definitely very poor service for the biggest athletic brand in the world.

I recently attempted to return an online purchase in-store, as outlined on Nike's official website. The item was defective (one slider was significantly undersized). Despite having processed the return online beforehand, the store associate refused to accept the return. This was after a 30-minute drive specifically to use the in-store return option. I'm disappointed as the service did not match the policy advertised.

I recently purchased two pairs of trainers for my son via the official Nike website and visited the Bromley store to return one of the pairs. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. Although I presented valid proof of purchase and the barcode, the staff member I spoke with who may have been the store manager βwas dismissive and unprofessional. I was informed that I needed to initiate an online return and select the Bromley store as the return location, which I promptly did. Despite this, my return was still refused without a clear explanation. The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist was both frustrating and surprising, particularly from a brand like Nike that is known for high standards of customer service. Based on this experience, I will avoid returning to this store and will rely solely on Nikeβs online services moving forward.

Lazy, lying staff, trying to push you to buy from them instead of online. They say size is not available online, when it clearly is. Uneducated, unprofessional retails staff - they must be gone and replaced! Such a shame on this overpriced brand!

My daughter went to this Nike store today 28/01/23 and ask for a pair of black and white Nike dunk that for some reason kids are going crazy for the sale assistant say they donβt have any so she left her friend went in just after she left and was serve a size 5.5 of that trainers this is really bad the only thing I can see why they lying to my daughter is that she was black and her friend is white as my daughter friends say to her that they in that Nike store think anyone thats is black buy the trainers and sell them back. I am so angry that in 2023 this is still happening . Do not buy from this shop
