   The service at Office Enfield is absolutely amazing — the staff are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to assist customers. However, the air conditioning in the store is terrible. With the rising summer temperatures, it’s becoming really unpleasant to even step inside. It’s especially hard to see the team working tirelessly in such heat. HR really needs to address this issue — the staff and customers deserve a more comfortable environment!

   Walked in so many times and never once felt welcomed, they are always extremely bothered to help, never want to assist, chit chat in front of customers. Once I had someone eye rolling at me and their manager in different circumstances. I went in recently asking for a couple of shoes in my size to try and they were extremely annoyed, suggesting I go to their Carnaby St store, while I’m in Enfield, so that doesn’t seem the smartest thing to suggest to provide a decent customer experience. 0 customer service or professionalism. Appealing, do not wonder why people rather shop online nowadays!

   Amazing customer service. I’m a local customer and every time I get my shoes from office in Enfield. I don’t understand why people are giving bad reviews. Maybe is because they don’t respect the staff because they look young? Or maybe because some people thinks that because is retail we can treat them in a bad way?? I love office in Enfield every one is so nice and always happy to help.

   I recently purchased a pair of new sneakers from Office in Enfield and I must say that I had an incredibly enjoyable experience. Hasret, the sales assistant, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She listened to what I wanted and quickly provided me with options that were perfect for my needs. She also took the time to explain the differences between each model and gave me valuable advice on which size would be the most suitable for me. My purchase was made so much easier because of her knowledge and commitment to making sure that I was happy with my choice. I am really pleased with my new shoes and am looking forward to wearing them. Hasret is a credit to Office and her customer service skills are second to none. Highly recommended!

   I hope this is read by the owner or person in charge of this store. I just left this store at this moment. I bought the shoes because I was really looking for them. but the customer service is really disastrous. a blonde lady who was not friendly at all. She doesn't even answer my greeting when she enters the store. Please, before hiring staff, do a little training. Or at least teach them to say good morning, how can I help you? Why go into this store and they don't answer your greetings? It already leaves a lot to say. I think that the quality of shoes that will be sold there and the store itself deserves to have a really good staff. honestly a bad experience.

   Staff were attentive and polite on arrival. The shop was quiet for a Saturday afternoon, I came to collect my online order. The gentlemen assisted me very quickly, sadly I didn't like my order and had to return them.
