Every time I stay they incorrectly charge to my card and I have to ring and get it reversed. It's very frustrating since they changed their processes. Although its usually nice my last stay the room was pretty bad. Freezing! Mould. Plaster coming off the ceiling and torn carpet. Food was lovely. Staff are also lovely but run off their feet. Needs some money spending!

Had a meal here for Christmas office get together. My food was amazing and everyone else's looked delicious. Good range of drinks. Staff were really helpful. Plenty free parking for a number of hours.

I met a friend for a catch up and sat on the couches to the left of reception near the stairs to the gym. It was quiet enough for us to speak and even when a small group of adults sat on the couch behind us, we could speak without raising our voices. It was very comfortable and we were able to get coffee's from the onsite Starbucks and bring them over to our seating. Very friendly staff, suitable for our meeting and pleasant environment.

Stayed at this hotel in Bury and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch β€” friendly, genuine, and really down to earth. The receptionist especially stood out , gorgeous lady with curly brown hair, such a shame I didn’t catch her name! She made check-in feel really welcoming and relaxed, I could chat to her all day. The food was absolutely amazing β€” fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Everything about my stay was spot on. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

We held a charity event (october 2025) The team did amazing they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Especially Kayleigh who was leading the event. The food was lovely and the table service great - Especially as the running of the evening delayed things slightly. The DJ also complimented how accommodating Kayleigh was with everything- she held the fort well, especially as we knew she had a fair few new staff to manage. Sophie was the coordinator piror to the event, she was in constant contact via emaol and responded quickly to any questions i may have had. I appreciated all the work and efforts on the run up to the event as this definitely made the planning alot easier.

This is a fantastic Hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and lovely en suites. It would have been nice to have had bottled water in the room along with the tea and coffee facilities. Everything you need for a nice over night stay

The hotel is in a good location and is modern and pleasant enough inside. The beds were comfy but like most hotel beds, a little bit on the firm side. My main gripe with the room was the noise. I kept thinking the windows were open as I could hear so much. We stayed on a Saturday night and I was woken up at 1.40am by a coach load of people arriving at the hotel. Breakfast was pretty poor. The coffee is watery and flavourless. The cooked breakfast is just OK. It's a help yourself situation with no hash browns, tomatoes or mushrooms. However, it was cheaper than most hotel breakfasts and you could keep helping yourself to as much as you like. Another thing I wasn't keen on was the massive screen in the breakfast room playing the news. But that's just personal preference. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that.

Nice tidy clean room. The girl who checked me in was attractive and friendly. Lol. Was very clean which is a big thing for me. Car parking was plentiful but you have to pay for it. The drink and food was good. Nothing I could say against the quality but the price was a little on the expensive side. All in I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again

Arrived late in the day having been severely disappointed with the original place I was meant to be staying for a spa experience. The staff couldn’t have done more to help me out, they were kind, polite and got myself and my friends checked into two, spacious and comfortable rooms next door to one another swiftly. The decor is modern and rooms are very clean, food in the bar area was amazing and the facilities are great too. Everything about our stay was fabulous but I’d have to say the staff are just so helpful I think they deserve a second mention! Thank you Village Bury, I’ll definitely be back.
