So honestly its way better comparing to what I read online...rooms are clean, bedspreads clean(white) and a comfortable place to be comparing to the price! And the new manager, a very nice smiley guy so polite...guys! Its not bad at all

WOULDNT STAY IF YOU PAID ME TO STAY. Stockport homes put me here for emergency accommodation decided to leave as felt safer on the streets. Not safe not secure dirty and a health risk no heating definitely not a hotel more a doss house. People walking around all night and having showers till early hours. When out Somone entering the room and turning lights off. Main door and fire door escape as one so if a fire started near door your not getting out nothing like the pictures. MY ADVISE IS STAY AWAY.

It is a 2-star hotel with shared toilet and it did the job perfectly! Don't imagine it as a 5-star hotel. The room, hard floor, bed sheet and towel are reasonably fresh and clean. Perfectly warm with a radiator and an extra heater. Not super comfy but warm duvet. The staff Dan was warm and nice, even arranging a better room for me. There was also a microwave. I stayed on a Monday night which I think it wasn't full. The bathrooms were clean, dry and bright without any damp smell. It was perfect for me to just spend the night for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again with this budget! The only problem might probably be the sound-proofing. Bring a pair of ear plugs if you are not a deep sleeper.

Don’t come here unless you want to catch an infection! When we arrived at the entrance, we saw a man smoking outside who, to our surprise, turned out to be the receptionist. He let us in, and as soon as we walked through the door, the entire building was filled with a strong smell of weed. When he showed us the facilities, we were shocked by the deplorable state of everything: the bathroom was filthy, the bed was in terrible condition… everything was disgusting. The conditions were absolutely unsanitary, so we immediately contacted Hotels.com to help us get out of there. They informed the receptionist about the situation, and in response, he came to our door, violently banging on it and shouting, demanding that we open it. At that moment, we were terrified, especially because we had read reviews warning that he was a difficult person to deal with and often seemed to be under the influence of drugs. He forced us to go to the bathroom to show him what we were complaining about, always shouting and speaking in a completely threatening tone. Although we had a two-night reservation, we unfortunately had to stay one night because we were only refunded for the second night. However, we fled as soon as we could the next morning. We slept in disgusting, unsanitary, and unhygienic conditions. We didn’t even dare to use the bathroom, as it was in an even worse state than the room.

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews here. People chose the cheapest hotel and then complain when they have to share toilet or kitchen. Everything was clean by the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing value for great price.

Quiet. Slightly cold. Converted pub. Kinda out of the way 15 minutes to bus in housing area. No cafes in gorton or longsight Not quiet a hotel, more a room. Neae some shops

My stay was so wonderful it was amazing even though I was only there for 5 nights it was worth the stay and the price also the management were nice and polite always asking everyone if they were OK and said good morning to everyone, and asked about their day. There are local shops around which are literally 2-3 minutes of a walk and a park which is 6 minutes away and a postoffice close by as well. I had a really good experience at the hotel.

Really bad experience here. Stairs were too steep and not at all elderly friendly and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website as well as this there was only a shared bathroom facility which was also not clearly mentioned online on top of this the bathrooms were in a terrible state the sinks were not working, the toilet seats wouldn’t even stay down. Do not recommend!
