Very efficient - car was in and out same day. The mechanic rang me with options and quotes, before carrying out any work. Offered the old parts which gives peace of mind. Highly recommend - thank you ☺️
The chap was very thorough and talked me through things, but the full service cost more than double what I paid for my last full service, extremely expensive and because of that will be reluctant to use again. He unfortunately wouldn't tell me the cost till after he'd done the job, which is atypical in my experience
Had a break issue, answered a message on a Sunday, got me booked in on the Monday, diagnosed the issue, gave me a fair price, carried out the work. He showed me the old parts a described what he did and why he did everything in detail. And also fixed an underlying issue which wasn't requested. One of best experiences I have had with a garage. This will now be my place to go. Highly recommend

Used J.B for a few years and on a variety of vehicles, just recently for a pre mot and no faults found, in the past have always received a fair estimate and a good job done.
I would like to warn you about the garage. I was with a Volkswagen polo on a diagnosis because the car was getting hot. The mechanic informed me that the head gasket should be replaced and the cost was around £700!!! After thinking about it, I went to another garage, this time in Otley and the mechanic replaced the radiators and the thermostat only cost me £120 !!! I am furious that he was trying to deceive me for such costs. I do not recommend!
First time servicing my car since moving to Leeds. Getting booked in with JB was easy and the service was great. He showed me what he'd done and the parts he'd changed out, and was always polite. Would recommend!
