   Fantastic service from Yorkshire Rescue Service who recovered my truck off M180, they transported unit and trailer to the services so the trailer could be dropped for another driver to continue to the delivery destination then transported my unit and myself to Hull where i picked up another to take back! Nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend to anyone!! Thanks guys :)

   I was put in touch with this recovery agent via Start Rescue. My car suffered a coolant loss and needed to be towed for 100 miles. The first recovery agent was ready at the scene to take my vehicle but dispatch told him to assess the car and to move onto the next job. Although this was slightly annoying, the wait for the next agent was about 20 minutes and he loaded the car onto his tow truck. I have to say Liam was really helpful and polite. He also took my details and rang me when he posted the keys through the letter box. My car was parked perfectly as explained to him and I found the car keys inside the house. Also I would like to thank Charlotte the call agent who did explain the process clearly. 10/10 on the national recovery side of things.

   Big thanks to Ell for her work last week recovering me in a LWB Merc Sprinter from Leeds to Durham after having electrical problems following from an attempted theft. By the time Ell came to recover me and the vehicle I’d had a rollercoaster of a morning. I had a brilliant conversation with Ell the whole way back up north and she really helped me get my head back together. She was just the type of person I needed!

   Car broke down near woodhead reservoir. AA as usual could not come, sub contracted Yorkshire recuse phoned me up and given me a 90 to 120 minute but Harvey with his truck recovered me within 70 minutes. He was friendly professional. Keep up the good work guys.

   Stuart from Yorkshire rescue came over and rescued me in no time. Stuart was very attentive and planned on how he would roll on a massive load without a wheel and got it all sorted in short time I am extremely happy and thankful to Yorkshire rescue to send over a man of wisdom who knew exactly what to do and rescued me without causing any damage during his rescue mission.
