   Good check in and friendly staff, however the room was appalling. The floors were filthy, having clearly not been cleaned as our socks were left stained and covered in grime and hairs. The bedsheets were similarly covered in hairs with pillows dirty leading me to believe they may not have even been changed. The toilet would not flush without me manually filling the cistern up with water myself and the shower had mould inside the seals and grime on the floor. Would NOT stay again!

   We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, the sink was clogged, and the toilet flush button was broken. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no parking space available for me, and I wasn’t even allowed to have my coffee in the lobby but was sent to the dining area, which was in terrible condition – sticky tables covered with crumbs. I would not recommend this hotel. Park Crescent Hotel

   Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s in a perfect location – everything you need is just around the corner. The staff were truly outstanding – friendly, helpful, and professional. This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, recently refurbished, and very comfortable. I had read a few negative reviews before coming, but after staying here, I can confidently say they are completely unfounded. I found none of the issues others mentioned – quite the opposite. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It’s really disappointing that some people leave unfair reviews, because they don’t reflect the true quality of this hotel. I couldn’t find a single fault during my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay!

   ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs!!! We booked two rooms at Park Crescent Hotel in Manchester and were extremely disappointed from the moment we arrived.. The rooms were filthy, with flies flying around, and the bedsheets were stained and smelled awful. It was very clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority at this establishment When we approached the reception to raise our concerns, we were told the hotel was fully booked and they refused to move us to different rooms. When we asked for a refund, they initially refused, claiming one of the rooms had already used the shower. Only when we mentioned that we would be contacting the police did they partially refund us – we received £150 back for one room and only £75 for the other. As if that wasn’t insulting enough, they even suggested we stay the night in those disgusting conditions and just pay half price, saying they would try to change the rooms later. Unbelievable!!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to take accountability is appalling. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere!!!

   The hotel has recently been refurbished, and it really makes a difference. Everything feels brand new — from the reception to the rooms. The design is modern yet cozy, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location was ideal. Great value for the quality. Would definitely stay here again!

   Very rude white man on reception who seemed to enjoy making my disabled partner feel as uncomfortable as possible. Overruled other kind staff (female) so this guy clearly has a problem with women, particularly disabled women. Would not recommend you stay here unless you like being talked to in a derogatory manner!

   Staff..are very helpful. And caring. Best hotel i have stayed at. Wheel chair. Facilities clean I have stayed at a lot of hotels i would recommend this hotel. Better than the Hilton hotel . because of the owner he is most helpful goes out of his way to help others and his son.all staff are polite best hotel i have stayed at they have respect for people who stay here sometimes it's not about the hotel it is the people who run it Good caring people at the park crest. at the Hilton. Bad disrespectful management and bad staff would rather stay here than the Hilton fantastic hotel

   When I arrived i wasnt sure what to expect as I ended up having to wait for a bit in the lounge which was a bit run down. Fortunately though my room turned out to be very nice, the staff were nice and they did a halal cooked breakfast which was really nice. It was a bit noisy due to being right by Oxford road but that also made it very convinient for public transport so you need to decide weigh that up based on your needs. My only real complaint was the quality of the shower which was very low pressure and a bit rubbish when you're having to get up early.

   The hotel's staff is kind and helpful and a lot has been renovated superficially to make an old and wracked hotel look nicer, but unfortunately the rooms are still calling for a professional fixer-upper. It's still old, wrecked and somewhat dirty. The blankets contain stains, the walls and ceilings are full of stains, dead insect bodies and cracks. The bathroom, en-suit, hasn't been cleaned properly either. There are still remnants of the privious renter. Furthermore, I found food leftovers on the wardrobe...yack!!! We left the hotel immediately. So it's definitely not recommendable. And we are still waiting for our refund for the room.
