   Thank you to A&I Motors. They have a proactive and friendly team that has done an excellent job with both of our cars this month, including the MOT, servicing, and tyre fitting. Their prices are affordable, and everything is clearly documented in the paperwork and invoices.

   Well they passed my car’s mot so should thank them for that at least. But other than that pretty awful service to be honest. For a start you call up and just get “ello” then they don’t ask your name or number or anything so left wondering. Left the car and told to ring them later, wouldn’t take my number and give me a shout when it’s done. Just I have to ring to find out. Then when picking it up, had an advisory and they showed no interest in fixing it whatsoever. They probably know their cars but not customer service.

   Tried to buy vehicle advertised over the phone because we do not live nearby. Contacted them as soon as it was listed online, asked for vin for carfax (they didn't tell me they provided car fax, so that cost me 40 bucks.) Asked multiple questions, asked for additional pictures which they did send later in the day, told them we were interested in buying it. They said they were going to get back with some more info and since we were out of state we pay our own taxes. When we followed up the next day, miraculously it is sold to another person. I guess integrity of there word means nothing. Moral of the story, unless you are there in person, don't trust the guy on the phone.

   Good solid blokes who do a great and reasonably priced job. My only negative would be when they answer the phone. I like a business to announce who they are when I call, not just 'Hello!' Other than that, brilliant. I'd highly recommend them.

   Took my wife's VW for 2 year service. Very thorough, picked up a couple of things that should have been done by German Auto care on previous service, but weren't and sorted out lumpy running engine. Spotless workshop at the end of a busy day too. Highly recommended and we'll always use them in future. Great job!
