Was told a few hours before I landed that I couldn't be accommodated even though id paid month's in advance and our plane didn't land until 3.25am. I also had a 6 year old with me. Won't recommend and won't use again!!!
Room was overbooked so at 12am another person tried to get into our room. Scary experience and appears to have happened several times. Indicates to me they care more about money than safety, I'm aware police have already been made aware.
My room was overbooked, and at 11:30 PM, a man came knocking on my door with the same front door and room codes as mine, claiming that this was his room. Luckily, I had the key; otherwise, he could have just walked right in. The host not only refused to help but also disappeared completely. After filing a report with the police, I left this horrible room at midnight. I’ve requested a refund from the host, but there's been no response. Everyone, please be warned: do not book this room!
Great place to stay near Manchester airport. The host was really lovely as she accommodated me to check in early. The room was lovely and comfortable with extra towels and telly. Will definitely be back here again for my next trip.

After missing our flight we needed to stay overnight at short notice. This was the perfect solution. Within walking distance from the airport. Very clean and well equipped. Shared kitchen with tea making essentials. Comfy bed. Warm. Just what we needed.
Stayed here January 2022. My stay cost £67.15 I booked it 2 weeks in advance. You can walk to this property from Manchester airport. It took me 20minutes carrying 30kg of luggage. The house is on the end with an open style garden. There isn’t really any signs that I could see (I arrived there at 11:30pm) a neighbour came out and told me that was the correct house. You’ll see the keypad on the front door. The room was spacious and en-suite. There was no toilet paper in my room however and there’s no in room tea/coffee available. There is a full kitchen downstairs however other guests were staying, so didn’t want to think I was drinking other people’s coffee or tea so I went without. This would have been a nice touch since I was leaving at 6am and had no time to get anything in for myself. Bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi wasn’t great but acceptable, no bed side lamps worked at all. Just the main light. All in all this wasn’t bad. Considering the proximity to the airport if you’re stuck and don’t want to pay hotel prices then it’s handy. But for £67 I expected it to be a bit better. As I said the small touches like tea/coffee, toilet paper in the room etc. they go a long way when you’re forking out this much money. But I would consider staying again.
