   I was recommend to Albrighton dental surgery some time ago and I am so glad I changed. Dr Shiravi Is fantastic, takes his time with each patient makes you feel comfortable and provides the best advice and service. Recently I had tooth ache rang up and got an appointment within 2 hours what amazing service!!! I was seen by the Melodi that day who was so lovely, and after course of antibiotics I was booked for my extraction. Melodi was so thoughtful kind caring kept me up to date on what she was doing and constantly asking if I was ok I really can’t thank her enough

   Lovely surgery. Waiting times for appointments aren't too bad and are great with emergencies. I've been coming here with other half & my children’s for over 10 years, Dr. Ghasem professional & very welcoming.

   This dental practice is undoubtedly the best I have ever known. It has continued to impress me for years. Dr Shiravi invested heavily upon taking over the Practice and delivers a modern, professional and courteously personal service. He's very aware of nervous patients and compensates brilliantly. He carefully avoids unnecessary surgery, perferring the harder road of preserving such ceramics you've got left! Dr Shiravi sometimes runs late, but that's because he makes sure every client is fully looked after - he doesn't boot you out to maintain schedule. If you don't like being delayed, just phone in half an hour before your appointment and you'll be told if he's running late. The lady hygienist plies her trade with good humour and careful efficiency (despite having the unpleasant job of putting right OUR neglect!).

   I stopped going to this place recently, was there for 31 years. was charged £10 for missed appt even with notice, They would not waiver it. Dentist refused to do a scale and polish at the same time as a check up, forcing his patients to see the private hygienist at £30 extra making a total cost of almost £50 to his NHS patients pocketing half of what the hygienist would get (hygienist told me this), not that he needs the money with a nice string of his rental properties business in Birmingham. Have an amazing dentist with a far better hygienist in Wolverhampton now, nearer home and price of check up includes the clean.

   We have a very nervous nine year old who is scared of going to the dentist.... every time we have taken him to this dental practice for a pre arranged appointment we have had to wait in excess of half an hour every time... No apologies are ever given. A very very poor service.Have now gone private.
