I had a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, very close to the city centre. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff are extremely friendly. A big thank you to Michelle Dyer, Business Development Manager, for her kindness and great service.

Ever since I moved here, he’s been nothing but incredibly helpful. Everything gets done in no time, and I truly want to thank him for that, and for always having such a warm, welcoming attitude and a smile! Thanks Ricardo!
Booked a one night stay as I was going to a concert at the Bridgewater Hall. There was quite a queue at reception for checking in but the lady behind the desk soon dealt with it and it was an easy process. I'm currently on crutches and was given the room closest to the lift which was extremely helpful and appreciated! The room was lovely, very well equipped, plenty of room, light and the perfect temperature (for a 50 something lady!). It was really quiet even though it overlooked the road and I slept really well........until the bells, beautiful, but don't expect a lie in on a Sunday!! The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because of the shower. It was treacherous. The shower tray was so slippery I was terrified to move so it was far from relaxing. I searched for something non-slip but nothing was provided.
If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. We stayed here beforehand and booked again however this time we were severely disappointed. There was long hairs in the shower before we even used it.. there was puddles of water in the morning at the windowsills, the air smelt moldy/ damp. Considering we paid near enough £360 for a room this is totally unacceptable. They rate themselves 5 star.. we would’ve been better off in a travel lodge. We were meant to spend a romantic night together for our anniversary and I couldn’t wait to get back home to my own bed.. waste of money. AVOID.
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I received from the manager. I faced a serious issue concerning security and guest safety, yet no proper solution was provided. What concerned me most was that the focus seemed to be on financial matters rather than customer comfort and satisfaction. This clearly reflects a lack of professionalism. Therefore, my overall rating for the service is zero.
Took the kids while our the bathroom was being fixed. The apartment was perfect, well equipped with quality appliances and utensils. So clean it was as if it had just been built. Pool and gym are great and not to busy. The hotel staff are super professional nothing was too much trouble.
I had an amazing experience. First, the breakfast was delicious. Excellent food quality Second, the room was a complete apartment with kitchen, living room and laundry. Everything was clean and organized. Staff very friendly and helpful Location: 5 minutes walking to the Victoria station and a nice shopping center. Pool and sauna lovely I recommend this hotel 1000% and also the restaurant not only for breakfast but for dinner as well . Food is exquisite!! For sure I’ll go back for upcoming travels
Fantastic hotel just within reach of the centre of Manchester... Great location...no parking unfortunately but you can get paid parking at the adjacent premier Inn for a very reasonable charge... The staff are friendly and helpful.. We had a suite and it had an immaculate fresh and modern feel... Large bedroom and bathroom.. kitchenette... TV and coffee maker The hotel has a gym and spar facilities but unfortunately I didn't get time to experience them... Again a fantastic looking restaurant and menu but sadly we had dinner reservations elsewhere... but from what we could see the food looked amazing The room was a gift for Christmas and as beautiful as the room was it was more than we needed for an overnight stay... But an experience we will always remember... ( Just to be aware we were charged £200 safety deposit)... bit of a shocker for us to be honest
Absolutely disgusted stayed in the premium city view one bedroom apartment that I paid near £400 for the room to be charged £100 extra to check in early? For me to end up sick the whole time I was here because the water was absolutely filthy and when I rang up for bottles of water they couldn’t even bring me a drink to my room! And told me the tap water was fine to drink when I am still currently sick and near didn’t get on my plane home because of this problem!they had also not mentioned that this hotel doesn’t have the sauna and the jacuzzi wasn’t in order to be used when I had mainly paid for the spa Facilities! Stayed for 3days and was only given one towel each for me and my boyfriend?And when I had asked for more clean towels I was questioned on why I couldn’t use the dirty towels I had already used? Will most definitely not be back scratch marks all over the floors from where the sofas had been trailed about and marks up the bedroom walls only good thing was the view and I had most certainly not paid £500 for a view!DISGUSTED
First time visiting Manchester & won’t be the last. I was hoping to find a hotel or apartment to become my go to for when traveling for business. I honestly couldn’t not fault City Suites. From the friendly staff & lovely welcome to the amazing room. The apartments are beyond amazing. The size is perfect & The utilities within the room Is fantastic. it has everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable & relaxing. You have a large apartment, great price & even a hot tub/pool. I plan to visit frequently & Happy to say I’ve found the place I’ll be staying.
