Went here to by some Presents for my children for Christmas. It was busy as always, but more busy being Christmas is a few weeks away. I like the fact that they hire young adults, even though sometimes they are not always professional but never rude. You can ask their advice on what's the latest trainers etc. I got what I came in for, so I was satisfied.

Saturday shopping and changing room only open on men's floor, staff didn't know how sizes work on different brands. Three flights of stairs to try on items and they want me to leave my handbag outside with them! They don't trust their customers but we're expected to trust them!! Needless to say I walked out

So today I was doing some Christmas shopping in jd Bromley, a member of staff was screaming at a customer! I have never been so disgusted in my life! Nor have I ever seen a customer being spoken to by a member of staff in that way. She should be ashamed. JD you should be ashamed of hiring this animal. Customers want a lovely experience when shopping, what we don’t want to see is another customer being verbally abused and intimidated by STAFF!! I strongly suggest you don’t shop in JD Bromley they don’t know how to keep their staff in order!

Brought air max 95 ultra se (black) online. Once I received the trainers in the post, they was totally different colour (blue) The box, the receipt, didn’t correspond with the same image that I saw online. Black was what I ordered. For a reason. On speaking to Kerry over the phone. (The Bromley JD) She totally understand the situation I was in. She tryed to find the product which I got in the post which was no where in store. Kerry advised me to come to the store and get it sorted. Arriving Kerry had already left. I got dealt with another manager. I explained and showed her the trainers I received in the post. And the response was “it’s the same they just never put the rest of the colour on the website” Which still don’t correspond to why I got a wrong pair of trainers that I ordered.. the order numbers didn’t correspond to the trainers I got to the online pair.. JD sports. Please sort it out Kerry 10/10 other manager due to the outcome 3/10
