   I won’t comment on why I’m giving them 1 star due to not wanting to be intimidated and being called a liar again by Chris but if I could give them minus stars, I would. Horrific Customer Service. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.

   Called and asked for and appointment for a Mot. He said he had no appointments for the week I wanted the car booked in for. He said he wanted to know what type of car was to be booked in. I asked why, he put the phone down. Replying to Chris Angus Oner of Drighlington Mot centre. I asked an appropriate question to which you replied with silence and putting the phone down. In my mind I had no attitude you weren't on the phone long enough for me to acquire one. Shame on you Chris Angus I suggest for you very poor customer service and trying to off set it by not taking responsibility for your poor service. You are correct I do not use your so called Mot Centre. I and other car owners require and deserve a service that is appropriate and appreciative of any other car owners or my custom.

   I had taken my car to a couple of mechanics previously to find out the problem with the air-con, but was never sorted out. Decided to use Drighlington MOT Centre and that should have been my first choice. With all the correct equipment, Chris found the fault and repaired my air-con and it now works like a dream. I will definitely be using them in the future

   Finding a good, honest, reliable garage isn't easy so I was thrilled to find my local one was all of those things when we moved to this area. They've always been fair in my dealings with them, never suggesting more than was needed and the turnaround time is excellent. Couldn't recommend them enough!

   Always fast, friendly, honest and cost effective repairs and servicing! Highly recommended! Have been taking my car to Chris & Adam for a decade at their previous garage and continue to drive the extra distance to their new location at Drighlington MOT Centre because their service is absolutely amazing! Most recently saved me within in a few hours after a breakdown recovery to a Halfords Autocentre where Halfords failed to fit and calibrate a part correctly and incorrectly advised me about. Chris at Drighlington MOT Centre quickly diagnosed and fixed this error Halfords had made and my car is back to running smoothly! Many thanks!

   Booked the car in at short notice for a remap. Chris was incredibly helpful and honest in assisting me pick the right 'upgrades' for the car. Quick to respond to questions, friendly and polite greeting. Couple of hours later car returned with absolutely no drama at all. Highly recommended, clean and tidy garage as well as reception area. Inspires confidence for me seeing that a garage keeps things tidy and organised - usually means the work will be done properly and you won't find bits missing from your car months/years later when doing other work. Great work, thank you.
