Jay and Marija were fantastic from the check in to check out. When I needed to book a taxi or required assistance they were both there. Very quick to attend to my needs. Jay was spot on and delivered exceptional customer service. Thank you Jay, hope you have a lovely Christmas and a new year. Same to Marija.

The stay was pleasant. At the reception, Abid was very welcoming and ensured that our requests were fulfilled, which we truly appreciated. However, the experience with some of the other staff was disappointing, as they were quite arrogant when we requested a room change despite us being a couple. This was surprising and not something we would expect from a Hilton property. The most concerning issue was with room service entering the room without knocking. We had to quickly shout to inform her that we were inside, which was upsetting and a serious breach of privacy. And then she just walked away without even telling sorry.

We stayed here after our works Christmas party again this year. It’s so convenient for after functions or events at the cricket ground. This is our 3rd year staying. Nights team were very helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable

I was there on a business trip. Very busy day so we had to spend almos two houes for my room. At leastvthe wer nuce and they invited for a drink. I had a good stay at the hotel. The service was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was okay, not the most central but still manageable. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Stayed for one night thankfully. Bathroom shower was broken - a very leaky hose. Double bed very firm and not too comfy at all. The gym has 2 machines broken out of 5. On our floor the utility room was open with water dripping. Hotel offers online check-in but then you actually still need a card because room electricity is not available without. TV screenshare drops all the time. Not too good at all :(

An excellent hotel within easy reach of Salford quays, old Trafford football and cricket grounds and adjacent to the Manchester tram network with its own stop. The grounds view rooms with a balcony are excellent for cricket fans. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms have all the amenities you could need and there is a bar, I used, and the fitness suite, I didn't. The bar is comfortable spacious and provides a decent variety of drinks for hard and soft drinking. The breakfast is self service buffet style and has all the usual suspects. The hotel is spotless and the staff are constantly on the move cleaning and keeping things tidy. The locations star rating will vary depending on your reason to visit Manchester as there is little in the immediate vicinity, other than the football and cricket grounds, but it does have excellent access to public transport.

We stayed this weekend. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was a nice size, well decorated. Great view and balcony of the cricket pitch. Car parking included and the man on the gate very friendly. Very close to tram and easy to get into town. I have given it 3 stars because I felt the mattress was poor. Felt like a spring mattress with little or no memory foam. Also didn’t feel the pillows offered much support. We paid for a king bed. It looked like a normal double to me. The water temperature didn’t get too hot. For me, I would have liked to have been able to turn the temperature up. Water Pressure was good but once again I would have liked a bit more pressure when turning the shower head to the hard pressure. Unfortunately the bad night sleep because of the bed let us down.

Very clean and modern with friendly staff. For a mid range chain hotel was very happy. Its modern, bright and the staff were friendly. Ten of us ate in the bar as restaurant full ..food all came up quickly and was decent. It might seem easy and expected but to just do a good burger and fries or fish and chips for £15 and it be bought up together and have no complaints is good. So often whether in a pub or chain restaurant it costs the earth for poor food, barely warm and badly served. Overall its a solid chain hotel doing what it should well - good for a business or family short stay and a short walk to the stadium. So the 5 stars are for what they do for this class of hotel ..i am sure there are other boutique, unique and more expensive 5* hotels but for this bracket all good. Small issue was water ran tepid peak time one morning but was fine all others.

Fantastic location!!! If you're going to see a game at Old Trafford this spot couldn't be better. The hotel feels newer and clean, check in was a breeze, and breakfast for a Hilton Garden Inn was quite good. Will definitely stay again.
