Where’s the option for 0 stars? STAY AWAY!! One star only because one member of staff — a lovely lady with pens in her hair — was polite, cheerful, and genuinely kind, which was appreciated after a long day travelling with two children. Unfortunately, everything after that was awful. Our room had an overwhelming sewage/poo smell coming from the bathroom, making it completely unusable. When this was reported, another member of staff was rude, arrogant, and extremely disrespectful. We were moved to the room next door, which had exactly the same smell — clearly a wider issue. When we returned to reception, the same staff member became patronising rather than helpful, adding even more stress to an already exhausting situation. We later spoke to a neighbouring family who were experiencing the same problem but felt reluctant to complain due to how poorly they were treated by this same member of staff at check-in. Is this really Premier Inn’s standard of service? Completely unacceptable, especially for a family stay. What should have been a comfortable night turned into frustration and disappointment. Premier Inn usually has a good reputation, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has that reliable Premier Inn feel, but what really makes it stand out is the location. It’s right opposite Old Trafford, which is perfect for match days you can’t get much closer! It’s also just a short walk to Salford Quays, where you’ll find plenty of shops, a mall, restaurants, and nice places to explore along the water. It’s a convenient base whether you’re in town for football, sightseeing, or a weekend break. Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and an unbeatable location, highly recommended.

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. The first night we stayed here, we went to the restaurant and did the meal deal with the evening meal and breakfast. After an hour of waiting for dessert, I had to go to bed without the food I had paid for because no-one came to serve us. The following night, we thought we would order in. Despite correctly putting the hotel name, and our room number, on the order - reception TURNED THEM AWAY because the postcode was incorrect. They didn't even call the room to check. On the upside, whilst they informed me of this idiocy, the gentleman on reception did so with a smile. Well trained, I think. I also requested a late check out, as we were attending an event which stretched into the evening. We were told no, because it was an inconvenience to housekeeping. Why would you advertise this as an option if only to refuse? We understand that it is an inconvenience... THAT'S WHY WE PAY MORE FOR IT. Only stay here if you have no other option. Not only do you not get what you pay for, but they will actively cost you money through their stupidity.

We stayed here as we were attending a good at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. The location was ideal, literally a stones throw from the venue. Tamia who checked is in was lovely and very accommodating. We had booked a twin room but when we entered our room the second bed wasn't made up. No problem, she quickly sorted it by moving us to another room ! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds & a good nights sleep. Good value for money ! Would definitely stay here again & recommend for anyone attending a gig at the Warehouse or the football at Trafford Park.

Great spot. Service was fantastic. Rooms very comfortable, clean and tidy. Location is absolutely amazing. Right next to the tram, the river walk and old Trafford. Full buffet breakfast for a tenner. Couldn't beat it. Food was good, only thing would be to change supplier of black pudding. Other than that, good.

Lovely hotel that’s close to Wharfside tram stop, so it’s easy to get to. Also a good location for Manchester United fans as it’s right next to the stadium. Hotel can be quite expensive though if matches are on, but sometimes you can get it cheaper than other premier inns. My top pick of hotels in Manchester as the rooms are spacious, clean and the staff are friendly. Premier plus rooms are gorgeous too.

Reception and cleaning staff were polite, food was good, not enough security in the hotel at night and parking was atrocious. When me and my partner asked for clean towels they told us that it was after 12pm so they couldn’t give us them. Didn’t change the sheets for us as we have to ask way before 12pm. I won’t be going there again.

Quite good value for the money. Location couldn't be better, rooms were pretty decent for the money, very good! Service on matchday is predictably poor due to the number of traffic in the hotel. Still, they did do a fair enough job considering the entire reception had one person managing everyone, fault of the management. In the end, I got a fantastic room with a proper view of Old Trafford. Couldn't be happier! #thankyouCR7
