Great location. Good service and good breakfast. If you're looking for quality you'll find it here. I wish we would have stayed at a higher rated hotel then this one. Rooms were tight. I could hear the person next to me snoring through the door in between rooms and also talking on the phone earlier on.

Would not recommend to a friend. I was disappointed to begin with as lots of the bedding and towels has pre-existing stains on, but after a 4 nights stay for work, I will be staying here again. The first two night were fine, I was disappointed that I did not receive clean mugs each day and had to top up my own tea bag selection. However, I was woken up one night by the people upstairs getting up to use the loo. The floorboards are paper thin and sound as if someone will fall through them any minute. It didn't bother me for one night sleep, but the following night I could not sleep. The guests in the room above me came in at 11pm, and proceeded to talk loudly and walk laps for their room for the next 3 hours. I phoned reception and had to wait 6 minutes before someone picked up the phone. I demanded they speak to the guests and tell them to go to bed, they did not. At 2 o'clock I called reception again to complain and waited even longer for someone to answer. Why had the guests not been dealt with in the first place, they should have been encouraged to go to bed! I felt let down by the rude guests, but ultimately by the hotel staff who failed to deal with the situation. The entire hotel needs renovating, I should not have been woken up by the loud floorboards and paper thing walls.

Disappointing as this Premier Inn has not been updated like many others. Very outdated and tired in the rooms. Hairdryer was very poor it would have been quicker to blow on my hair! No bath mat in the bath/shower making it unsafe. The bed didnt feel like the comfortable premier inn beds usually delivered when we book. Location fab but wouldn't rush to stay again unfortunately until it is updated.

Stayed here when I went to a concert in Manchester. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Levon made me feel welcome. He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. Even though I had a few special requests, he was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. My stay felt smooth and stress-free. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’ll definitely return — partly because of the great service I received at the front desk.

Great value for the money. On the keys near Old Trafford. Clean tidy rooms and friendly staff. Lovely Beefeater restaurant attached. £6 car parking. Pay at machine.

Very nice "Plus" rooms. Only let down by car park. Hotel guests should not have to pay to park in this type of location. In addition, parking terms and conditions in very small print on a sign about 3m above the ground, in the dark (evening arrival). It's almost as though they're deliberately trying to get you to park illegally so you get a fine!!!

Perfect for our overnight stay. Very clean and warm, lovely friendly staff and the usual fabulous breakfast. Ideally located, 12 min walk to media city and 5 min stroll to the tram stop for regular trams into the city centre.

Stayed in a "Premier" room on the third floor. Good views over the Quey from my room. Parking situation isn't great, cost £6 for overnight parking. I think this should be included with the hotel stay even if it is baked in the cost of the hotel. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Hotel room was clean and tidy, fancy lighting for a premier Inn. A nice touch! As I expect from a Premier Inn bed and pillow very comfortable and the shower was great! 2 key components of a good overnight stay. Shower more than suitable for me being 6 foot 2, good water pressure and shampoo and shower gel is there if you need it. Will use this hotel when I stay over again for work.

Great location. Ideal for city centre visits. Would prefer it if I didn't have to add parking to my cost. But that's sometimes the reality. Room was nice. Like most Premier Inns. But I prefer consistency. Air con was great. kept the room cool. Free wifi did its job. Staff were incredibly friendly. Sadly the vending machine was not working, so I had to grab snacks from elsewhere. Food next door was really nice. I would recommend booking breakfast. Well worth the money. If i needed, i would visit again
