   You can't get better than Volks works! Second time they have managed to fix an issues other garages have not. VW dealer and another VW specialist could not fix my intermittent fault on my Golf GTD. I had the patients for them to have the car as long as it takes to fix and they had the expertise to fault find the problem without using a computers as they was no fault showing on ECU. Good old fashion experience is all that was needed. Bab & his team managed to find the fault to be a faulty crank sensor. They're a little bit away from myself but I always find myself coming back to theses guy's. Personally will be taking all my VW issues to this garage regardless of the distance. they are also very reasonable, reliable, professional. What more can you ask for. Thank you!

   Enquired about a mechatronic repair on my Tiguan due to gearbox in emergency mode after research the dreaded common clutch position sensors in the mechatronics at fault. Spoke with Bab throughout who was brilliant with advice and service. Bab gave me piece of mind that he could repair my existing unit due to fixing the same common fault on many of the same model. With confidence I was taking my car to a competent specialist all in house I booked it in for the works. The car has so far been perfect with a 12 month warranty given on the works. Would highly recommend Volksworks. Thanks BAB!

   Went in for fitting a flat bottom steering wheel in my Audi a7 c8, spoke to Bav over the phone give me a really well priced quote and advised me on the phone of the process which was very informative and give me the confidence to go with this garage. Dropped off the same day and fitted within 2 hours all done professionally and without any damage or scratches etc all working with no issues, very happy with the service and the quality of the work. In my opinion better than main dealers with great prices and Bav is a very informative and experienced and an honest chap so 5 stars from me will definitely be using again in the future and I recommend anyone needing a VW/Audi specialist to use this garage.

   Volks Works was recommended to me, so I gave them a try and I was very impressed by the end to end service. Bab runs the garage and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and straight talking throughout. My car was losing coolant from the coolant tank at the end of long journeys between London to Leeds and the heating was blowing colder on the driver side vents. I took the car to a VW Specialist in North London and was advised that the water pump had “a massive leak”, however the explanation I received when I questioned this diagnosis did not add up. So I wanted a second opinion, especially because the water pump was changed by Audi in 2019. When I took it to Volks Works, I spoke to Bab and he initially diagnosed the likely cause to be a blocked heater matrix, which is what I also initially suspected. So I agree to change the heater matrix and Bab gave me a call after the job was done to say the old matrix did seem heavier than the new one, so it looks like the initial diagnosis was correct. I also had the oil service done at the same time and since having the car back, the heating is working better than it ever did, the car seems to run better than it ever did and I’ve had no coolant leaks to date after multiple long distance trips. So a big thank you to Bab and his team! Keep up the great work! Would definitely recommend this garage as they’re one of the good guys in the industry.

   Cannot thank these guys at Volks work enough! Had a serious fault (and dangerous) with my car and unable to get a refund from the dealer i had bought it from a couple of days ago as i had to prove there was a fault before i bought it.... took it to a couple of garages which were unhelpful and their diagnostic machine weren’t the best, my friend recommended volks work and i thought i would give them a go. Arrived late during the day and as they were busy I thought they wouldnt be able to help me. I was able to have a chat with the boss about my issue and what was needed and he was very helpful and understanding, they managed to fit my car in to run a diagnostic, able to tell me the fault and most importantly give me a time stamp of the fault which I needed!! The boss even spent some time after to explain the fault, the cause and the potential symptoms. Best of all they print the results as well as a report identifying the fault so i could take it to the dealer! Highly recommend Volks work!

   Really impressed with the understanding shown and the communication. They also liaised with the warranty company and kept my costs to a minimum. Even if I had to pay the full amount, it was very reasonable. I had 2 front suspension bushes replaced promptly and efficiently This was all during the Covid19 restrictions and Volksworks were all hygienic and operated fully in accordance social distancing. Will definitely use again.
