Great service. Had issue with my rear wheel air valve. They quickly checked and fixed the valve along with pressure monitor. Highly skilled. My appointment took 30 mins which is very fast. Thank you.
Very helpful when I got a nail in tire . I even went back upset thinking they hadn’t repaired it. They put it on the ramp to show me where the repair was done, but I had another nail in side wall of my tire. So I would definitely use again
Great place to being in friendly staffs and manager Nick with good service and knowledge they are quick and they will show you the issue with your vehicle if you request they will make sure you are happy with the service highly recommend to going to the place you won’t regret.
Went in for tyre reseal which they did no problem. However they also told me that I had another problem with my car which needed to be done or it would fail an MOT, I said no to the work and took it away after the reseals, have since had it checked by another mechanic who has said the issue they tried to sell me would not be picked up on an MOT and they’d have had to take half the top of the engine bay off to even see this specific part, which they did not do in the short time I was waiting. I wanted to warn others to always question these surprise works and if you’re unsure always good to get a second opinion before potentially spending unnecessary money. I was served by Abby and tech Craig at the Leeds Gelderd road branch.
I needed a last minute MOT and Kwik fit was one of the few places that could get me in same day for a reasonable price. I Sat on some outdoor seating where I could see the car. Great set of friendly lads, got the job done quick and I was on my way.
Excellent service very quick repair waited for part like 40min only. Friendly staff. Definitely will be using again. Came with suspension issues as in 2 garages prior which did not show me actual problem. Kwik fit not only identified issues but show me under my car so I could see myself. Really pleased:)
Excellent customer service, in fact it's worth 5stars plus. We had a blow out borrowed wheel from AA to get us to Kwik Fit, were turned away from Kirkstall Kwik Fit but Gelderd Road site accommodated us. They were very kind, very efficient, and although there was a small waiting period we got our tyre sorted out. We cannot thank them enough, and will most certainly be going there for anything we need repairing. Thank you again Kwik Fit Gelderd Road.
The staff are pleasant and friendly at Geldard Road, the locations nice, clean and modern and the location whilst further away than my nearest Kwikfit (Kirkstall one) is much easier to park in and a nicer place in general to wait. I go here every year.
From the start, everything was great! From arriving early and been seen quickly, to not waiting long at all….it was a good experience, up until I got in my car to drive away. The MOT tester who parked my car after, had left it in gear, so when I got in to drive away….I almost didn’t drive away. Apart from that, everything else I couldn’t fault
Best Kwik fit I've been too. Spotlessly clean & tidy. I've used some ropey loo's in the past, but these were perfect & I appreciate whoever makes that happen! The car tyres were sorted pretty speedily & efficiently. No complaints at all. Thanks Kwik fit.
