   Fantastic experience at this branch today. One of my tyres was a bit flat so I called in and a very helpful gentleman dealt with it straight away, also checked the other tyres and didn't charge me!! Top marks for customer service!! Many thanks again

   Had a new exhaust fitted by the guys at Kwik fit Birstall. Was a bit apprehensive with fear of being ripped off but this did not happen and the service was impeccable. There was an issue with the parts but they did their utmost best to sort and I got my car back within a couple of hours done and dusted. I was kept informed of developments by phone at every stage and the guys were very friendly and efficient. Cannot fault the service, very happy, thank you.

   Massive thank you to the guys at Kwik Fit - was booked in on the same day with only a couple hours notice given on two occasions and on both occasions I was very well looked after. The person looking after me today was brilliant and had sorted my tracking out very quickly, he was also very honest with regards to what work actually needed doing - will definitely be using Kwik Fit Birstall again.
