We've been here 7 years in a row for Xmas dinner, 6 years as Marco pierre whites, but this year as scoff and banter was without a doubt the best we've ever had. The food was delicious and everyone came out stuffed. The service staff were there for every need perfect in ever way. Highly recommend

Had a great room on the 16th floor. Great views and a really big room. Just lacking a bit more attention to clothing storage. Very small hanging space and no drawers. Not good for a long stay. Location is perfect with great transport connections. Not tried the restaurant since Marco Pierre White left but, honestly, it can't be any worse. I was embarrased for him just eating the slop. Good riddence. Still a great place to stay with plenty of places to eat on the doorstep.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were capable, friendly and unfailingly helpful. Nice rooms which are spacious, clean and appealingly decorated in a contemporary style. We were lucky enough to get a room high up in the building which gave excellent views at all times and a lovely view of the sunrise. Good breakfast. The hotel is two minutes walk from a tram stop and from there twenty minutes from the centre of Manchester so it is an excellent choice for a visit as it costs about half what Central Manchester equivalents cost.

Good location. Staff are friendly. Discount parking for the multi story car park-£11 for 24 hours. Room is clean and comfortable. Free of charge for late check out which is superb so I could get a quick shower after ran the Manchester half! Dog friendly hotel. Love it! My dog enjoyed the view.

Friendly staff at check in. The rooms are a good size with room to move around and even desk to work from. The desk isn’t against the wall, but set into the room like an island. You can sit and see the view across Salford. Servicing of the rooms was quite slow. My room still hadn’t been serviced when I returned from work at 6pm. I wanted new towels to be able to shower before dinner and it was early to bed for a very early start so needed two sets of towels. Breakfast was reasonable for a Holiday Inn with eggs fresh to order available. The coffee machine tasted like it used Milk powder with sweetener in it!

Vue and room were amazing but Lauren was a bit rude to me when I checked in. Overall positive experience for new year's eve

Great location and very fancy when you go in. I was on the 14th floor. Very quiet room but the bed was so soft it was like jumping into a water bed. The air con was loud all night and kept coming back on and when I tried using it to heat the freezing cold room it only blew loudly into the hallway! Brekkie was bog standard but good enough

Location was easy to find, nice quiet setting, the hotel is nice and clean, rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, buffet hot breakfast which was tasty, enjoyed our stay from start to finish.

Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.
