HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Sam and zuq are very good at what they do and honest which is even important to us that don’t know much about repairing cars. They called and explained the issue, quoted me very good price on the phone and fixed it the same day. They accept card too

This centre passed a vehicle with no advisories. I purchased the vehicle from Highgrove motor group who supplied 1 years MOT upon sale with this MOT centre. Within days the car developed a serious coolant leak and upon a prompt garage inspection many issues were flagged - including undisclosed crash damage with substandard repairs, coolant leaking into the engine with evidence of silicone use for β€˜repairs’ at some point, and also more importantly - that it shouldn’t have passed its mot. The lights on this vehicle are bi-xenon lights which are legally required to have working washers - I believe this alone should have failed the cars MOT. Please refer to the MOT inspection manual on the gov website itself under 4.1.6 (a)(ii). It falls under the HID section and I have evidence this was apparent before my purchase. The washer that is inoperative is from a replacement headlight (a 2016 light on a 2014 model). The sensor for this light was shown to me to not be attached properly - I believe this was not attached correctly during its replacement/previous crash repairs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys carried out an mot on a car purchased from a dealer local to them ( this car was for my 70 year old mother ). Car passed with flying colours apparently and had zero advisories ( seemed strange for a 2011 car that had always had issues on previous mot history ). After having the car for a short period of time it broke down. It was transported to a local garage who have carried out work in a trust worthy manner on all of our families cars. The initial fault was a dpf blockage ( which in all fairness could have happened at anytime ) but whilst in the garage the car was checked over for my mums safety as we were already suspicious of the mot that was carried out. Turns out there were multiple issues that should have been picked up on the mot ( which was only carried out a couple of weeks previously ). Suspension arms rotten, exhaust absolutely rotten , sub frame rotten, corroded coil springs , headlights needing adjustment, these are just things that were found by scratching the surface and also things that would have been impossible to happen in such a short space of time ( we are talking about things being so rotten they were falling apart ) In reality a new mot Is needed to make the car safe for the road and it's clear that a fraudulent mot was put on this vehicle. Trading standards and vosa will be informed this week I just hope they get their licence for mot testing taken from them as they could be putting lives in danger including my mothers and children's. Avoid this garage at all costs .

Great bunch of honest guys who are very reasonably priced with any work that they carry out on my car. They will advise you with any issues very honestly and will order any parts needed to fix any repairs. They now also have an MOT station whereas before was only using for servicing. I have been using these guys for the past few years and Zaki/Sam are very honest and sound with their jobs they carry out on my car. Highly recommended for any locals who don't have much mechanical knowledge about cars and require trustworthy mechanics to carry out any servicing or major repairs. As well as usual servicing I've had my timing belt changed recently from these guys without any issues so credit to Zaki and Sam for their consistent workmanship. Keep up the good work.
