   I’ve been using Outwood Cars on the odd occasion for years but since selling my car I’ve been using them once or twice a week for the last year and I can’t recommend them enough. I always book in advance over the phone and they’re always incredible friendly and helpful. I immediately get a text confirmation of the booking, I get a text on the day when the driver has been dispatched and a text when they arrive. Most importantly they are always on time! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve booked them now and they have never let me down. Absolutely perfect service. Thank you!

   We've booked twice now with this firm. Once they took the wrong booking details so the car didn't show and the second time the car was 15 mins late despite being booked in plenty of time. Frustrating.

   Booked a taxi from Leeds Bradford airport to Stanley for my daughter, didn’t show up. Said it wasn’t booked which was a straight lie. Left her stranded at the airport at two in the morning. No apology. Don’t rely on Outwood Cars.

   Booked a taxi to get to work told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Waited 25 mins called up to be told that the driver picked someone else up on the way and now there are no taxis available? What kind of policy is that why are they picking up someone on the way to me when I actually booked. Absolute joke, at least call me up to tell me this so I can go use a better taxi service instead of standing about waiting for a taxi that'll never come.
