Came to stay just a night as I had a visa appointment at BLS Spain. It’s in an ideal location - under 10 mins to BLS, 25 min walk to Manchester Piccadilly Station. I liked staying here for numerous reasons. The building is modern, upon entering it had a very nice scent in the reception/lounge. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating when I asked for assistance. The lift was fast. The room I booked was a studio, so it had one bathroom, kitchen, living space, and a comfortable double bed. It was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped if you’re planning a longer stay. Had aircon which was a very nice touch. The bathroom was big and had a heated towel rail. Shower was okay although could do with clearing the drain, it was a bit slow draining. They provided shampoo & shower gel so you don’t need to get your own. However, if you need anything there’s a Sainsbury’s which is just a stones throw away. My stay included a breakfast as well which was served in an adjacent building. It wasn’t buffet style, rather an order at the table and they bring it to you. Ample options, you get to choose a main breakfast dish (like pancakes/eggs on toast) a continental breakfast (pastries/yogurt/fruits), and endless drinks (tea/coffee/juices). The food was alright and worth the price. I’ve read a few of the reviews complaining about the fact that breakfast is in a different building. But I personally didn’t mind it, it was probably only 50 steps away.. Would definitely recommend!
The staff repeatedly entered my room without knocking or permission, showing zero respect for privacy. I raised this with reception, but they dismissed my concerns and offered no explanation or apology. Completely unprofessional and invasive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Studio was nice. Shower was leaking. Swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna - it’s a joke. Can’t hear your thoughts when there are more than 2 people. I hoped for a nice view from 9th floor and only thing we could see was another skyscraper.
Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced . Stayed here for 1 night and had a wonderful experience here. I had great sleep cause of comfy bed and room is super clean and well organized. Staffs are so helpful and attentive more over provided everything needed. Thanks for the excellent service!
There was a disturbance the first morning of my stay, an intoxicated couple had arrived on my floor and were screaming out my bedroom for over 30 minutes, I was woken up to this, the worst part being the couple attempted to enter my room and managed to enter which is incredibly scary for a place you’re playing a significant amount to stay at. You expect a good experience and to feel safe. I called reception to inform them of the incident and they informed me that they would investigate the matter and that I would be compensated. The manager never investigated the matter. Weeks later I emailed to follow up on the matter and Curtis the operations manager replied saying he needs to investigate it. They did not take the matter seriously evidently. Be careful staying here, if something goes wrong they will turn a blind eye.
Lovely apartment and facilities, great location. Parking expensive but secure and minimal tea/coffee stuff for the price we paid. Breakfast was brilliant, really good staff and top quality breaking, would recommend
Lovely room - very clean, spacious and lots of great facilities. Easy access for parking. Friendly staff. Good value for my stay in January (discounted rate with breakfast included). Would use this again.
This has been has been our 1st home in the UK. We enjoyed our stay for the last 6 weeks. With friendly staff , good and neat rooms and very close proximity to City centre - couldn't have asked for more. Would like to specially mention Sophia ( at the reception), she really welcomed us in the night of 1st Oct and single handedly managed / transported our luggage from suites I to II. Would like to appreciate and Thank her. This place will always remain close to us and would look forward to come back sometime.
