   I was looking for a very niche part for a car I was working on in manchester and couldnt find it anywhere but on a page on ebay. The company was in dewsbury so shortly after landing from switzerland I got the next train from london to dewsbury (3hrs) to have a look myself. The guys there were so welcoming everyone was smiling and they had the part ready for me as soon as I called. Now this is all pretty standard for any business worth their salt, but what was truly outstanding was the fact that one of the lads immediately picked up the fact that the part my “expert” car mechanic insisted I get was in fact the wrong variant just by looking at the specific model of my car. This took me by surprise because to spot this minor difference that i couldnt even tell myself just by looking at the model of my car meant that this man knows his cars to the very finest of details. However, the brilliance and virtuosity does not stop there, as soon as he realised it was the wrong part, ran off and grabbed a new part which looked like it was fresh out of the market. As soon as I told them about my lengthy journey across-country just for this car part and the fact that I had to get it back to manchester, they voluntarily offered me a discount as well as a lift to the train station! Now there were so many times when they could have just let me take the wrong part which is what every dodgy garage does nowadays just to make money, but to stop me from buying a part from them without even knowing they had the right one in stock shows this company are trustworthy and offer their service for the benefit of their customers and not their business. I do not usually leave reviews for any businesses but as soon as I had left Mansu’s garage I had to pick up my phone and let everyone know that whatever service or part their car needs you are genuinely in the safest hands with Mansu Ltd. I live in manchester but I will now make an active effort to travel the extra 30 mins to dewsbury to receive their services. Words cannot express how grateful I am to these guys.
