I bought a car from a dealership which had an MOT by this garage. Phoned to talk about the mot history of a vehicle and I got spoken to rudely and i was also lied to by the guy over the phone. MOT showing advisories in 2024 and none in 2025 but after a health check by an independent garage those advisories listed on 2024 MOT is what is showing on my car health check. 1 of the advisories in 2024 was that there was a nail in the tyre and 2025 MOT there was nothing showing this yet when I viewed the vehicle at the dealership there was a nail in the tyre. There is also 2 front disks i was told was repaired thats why its not showing on the 2025 MOT history yet an independent garage who done my health check has said 2 front disks need to be replaced. This is Definitely some kind of dodgy MOT and very untrustworthy members of staff. Avoid
Have brought a car from a company called Parks motors that have had dealings with this company. I think it’s to do with the same people doing an investigation but I haven’t checked yet. Car was a total failure passed its MOT when it shouldn’t have passed its MOT so I’m running an investigation now I’m pointing these problems out to DVLA
