I had my car in with an issue that didn’t appear to me to be fixed first time. I don’t know anything about cars to be fair so it was a gut feeling. I took the car back and they checked it and checked it again to reassure me all was well. They wouldn’t take payment either which was amazing, even though they’d worked on the car for a few hours. Can’t ask for better service than that. Thank you.
We have been taking our car/van to SI for 8 years and we have never had an issue or problem they have always done the job right and fixed what ever problems we have had. We will always continue to use them as they always go above and beyond. The staff are welcoming and friendly and we would highly recommend SI mechanical they have always been great.

Having been a customer here for a while, I do believe they are a really good garage. They know what they are doing, their pricing is reasonable. Most importantly, they care about the customers and try to minimise the amount of money customers pay. They do it by giving you a quote preparing for the worse rather than giving a cheap one and then keep asking for more later on. I do like their honest and fair approach to customers. I will definitely will be using their services in the future.
