⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ We honestly really enjoyed our stay and the room itself. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice overall. Check-in was the only slightly negative point the member of staff on reception made us feel a bit like we were an inconvenience. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did stand out. We had requested a cot, which we did receive, however we were surprised to find that our room required going down three steps after using the lift. This wasn’t a huge problem, but with a pram it wasn’t ideal. At night we could hear traffic from outside, but as we were only staying for one night it didn’t bother us too much. Check-out was a much better experience. The member of staff on the desk was lovely and polite, and the cleaner we passed when leaving was also very friendly. Both are a real credit to Premier Inn. We accidentally left a bag in our room, and the staff were brilliant they remembered we had said we were going to LEGO and phoned us, keeping the bag safely behind reception. That level of care was really appreciated. When we returned in the evening to collect it, my partner felt the member of staff on the desk wasn’t as friendly, but the bag was returned without issue. We only had breakfast in the restaurant. The cold breakfast items were self-service but weren’t always topped up (for example, muffins). We also didn’t realise the cooked breakfast had to be ordered rather than self-serve, which was our misunderstanding — but the staff member serving us was excellent and very helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and most of the staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it. The location is brilliant for the Trafford Centre. We didn’t walk there, and it didn’t look like there was a particularly simple or safe walking route. Driving was convenient, although getting out was quite difficult due to traffic but we did stay in December, so that was expected.

Nice room but has no USB port or shaver point. High bed. Nice and clean. Lovely breakfast and dinner well worth the money. Amble parking register on way in for free parking. Close to shopping centre.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the Swinging Bridge. The rooms are just as you expect from Premier Inn. What made the visit memorable was the wonderful team in the bar and restaurant. Shakira, Liv and Joe were perfect hosts with the right blend of attentiveness and friendly interaction. We were made to feel valued - nothing was too much trouble for this excellent team. The food was first rate, particularly the breakfasts which were cooked to order, arriving promptly and hot - so much better than the usual buffet presentation which can often disappoint. Thoroughly recommend and will use again when in Manchester

Had a lovely stay at the weekend. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and food was cracking. Loved it all. Big shout out to the receptionist who ran from our room to the car park to hand us the straighteners we left. And also the lady who done the breakfast. Will be back soon

Staff was excellent, so welcoming and lovely throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast..I'm afraid it wasn't very nice... which surprised me, as I always stay at Premier Inn and have breakfast...has been the most disappointing yet. Everything else was as always excellent.

Room nice and clean. Family room was nice a spacious. We was across the road from Trafford Centre but had to walk down to a main roundabout to cross the road to the Trafford Centre but it was well lit. Service in the pub attached was brilliant and breakfast was good and very well mannered and quick. All in all very good
