I had a free brake check and got lots of helpful advice such as my tyres and brake pads millimeters alongside what I would need to buy and what it costs when the time comes to replace. The staff also had lots of festive cheer! Thank you!
Booked online for a tyre to be changed and a new one fitted. Was greeted with a smile. Engaging conversation while waiting. Staff very knowledgable and friendly. All staff were amazing. Would highly recommend. You do need to book in prior to arriving.

Halfords were brilliant when dealing with mobile tyre fitting, so I joined the Auto Club to take advantage of a free MOT. I have a WAV, which is DVLA registered with 3 seats, and it has had 2 prior MOTs with no advisories. So, I was surprised when I received an advisory of "only one rear seat fitted at the time of inspection". Of course it only has one rear seat, that's how it was built and registered, to accommodate a wheelchair. I explained this to the technician but was told he had to do this to protect himself in case "I decided to refit the rear seat". I feel this is a training issue for the centre when dealing with disabled customers. Vehicles that are designed and registered with a specific number of seats are not potentially defective based on the off chance that a customer may modify them.
I was kept up to date about my MOT. Staff were friendly, professional and looked smart. The waiting area was adequately fitted and was clean and tidy. My Car was treated with respect and the work I had done was done to a high standard. Toilets were provided. It was a very hot day though and the office was extremely hot! Could have done with some air con in or fans! Great job all round though. Would definitely recommend.

Went there with a slow flat tyre, which I only had fitted a few months ago at a main dealer, Halfords found that I had a small hole in my valve and sorted it no problems, great professional service, would definitely use them again.
Excellent same day service from the team. Large screw that could not be repaired, left it with them as they managed to fit me in car ready 2 hours later in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. Great service.
