Booked another appointment to get it repaired and they did a really good job. Even the invoice notes state what the issue is which makes it a lot easier to know what needs doing and what has been done! Steve managed to fit me in earlier than agreed (a unicorn amongst tradesmen), comms were excellent through WhatsApp, his work was exemplary and he treated the house and door with respect (we live in a Manor House). Lovely bloke to deal with. The lock he fitted for us was certainly not from the cheaper end of the market (big, solid, brass keys), and I was surprised at the low cost (although I said nothing at the time!!). Top man and would recommend without a doubt. Thanks very much for getting the drawbridge working again for us sir!!”
