   Took my car in for a problem I thought I had turned out to be a different problem. They gave my car a good look over and advised me of what was need. I'm very happy with the work I had done car now runs great. I will be returning in the future. Staff were very helpful and it was a reasonable price for the work done.

   Do not go here. Travel far and wide to avoid this place! Does £525 work on a vehicle without getting the go ahead. Then when asked for an invoice the work comes in at £446.60 (good maths there). THEN they leave the job card in the car with the prices up parts… 80% markup!!!! Yes I get that garages markup the prices of their parts 30-40% is fair. 50% acceptable. 80% are you having a laugh?!?!? This is the kind of garage that gives the motor trade a bad name!

   Shocking service, work carried out on our son’s car without any price agreed. He serves in the RAF and couldn’t be contacted until 5pm which the garage knew about before hand but they still carried out the work £450 bill that would of been more if I hadn’t got involved. Carrying out work and landing a 19yr old with a big bill like that is just not on nor professional. The excuse was it was stuck on their truck and they needed it so that’s why the work was carried out.. well that’s not our problem you knew he wasn’t contactable till 5pm no work should of been carried out until it was agreed!! Plus an 80% mark up on parts is just a bloody rip off, they left the job card in the car how stupid is that? With all the cost prices on so proves how much they ripping people off. I get people have to earn and make a living but 80% mark up is just shocking! I have paper work to prove it! You know what, we was trying to support local independent but on this occasion it’s well and truly bit us where the sun doesn’t shine. I would not recommend this garage nor would any of us be returning!!! It’s acts like this that give all small garages a bad name!

   I took my car to nearest garage, I was charged 2 diagnosis charges of 80 pounds each over the space of a week. Although my car was fixed he only replaces two parts..a damper and a pully belt which costed a fortune of 485 pounds additionally which to me is EXREAMLY expensive. Will not be returing or recommending as i feel taken advantage of.
