   I contacted Paul proprietor of WPS, this morning I was in a dreadful state very distressed as I had water pouring out from under the bathroom sink flooding the bathroom and coming through the downstairs toilet ceiling. Paul arrive within a few minutes, he managed to resolved and repaired the problem. He was prompt, professional, honest. reassuring and extremely courteous to me and my husband. I would highly recommend Worksop Plumbing Services to anyone, I would have given 100 stars if available, excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much Paul, you have restored our faith in human nature.

   Contacted WPS over 2 weeks ago with regards small issues on couple of radiators , was due to call round on the Friday but never sounded too enthusiastic about it to be honest . Took time off work but never arrived or contacted me ! If not interested in small jobs (?) should say so from outset and not waste peoples time .

   Paul was absolutely amazing from the second I called. He arrived exactly when he said and was able to fix my plumbing in no time. I was very interested in learning about how to fix my problem and Paul had no issue with explaining every step in great detail for me. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and can not recommend him enough. 10/10 from me.
