   I can't thank this garage enough. From start to finish they were fantastic. It took 5 days from start to finish. Also did the work for almost half the price of the main dealer Ps new steering rack this was done over Christmas holidays. Well done and thank again.

   Excellent service, last minute issues where the main dealership couldn’t do a diagnostic check till February so I would have had no car over the Christmas break. 1 phone call to 5 star and I was booked in for the next day. Nikita has a great customer service manner which eased my anxiety. On dropping off at 8am my mind was at rest. Just over an hour and one of the technicians rang me with a full diagnosis. I sanctioned the repair to go ahead. Before midday I was back at 5 star collecting my repaired and washed car. I got to speak with the technician who put my mind at rest about the issue (an incorrect battery fitted). I paid without any concern to the cost as it was more than reasonable. I am Grateful and happy to have my car back on the road. Yes I will be returning to 5 star to have my servicing and MOT done. Thank you RL.

   I received truly excellent service from this place. I took my car in for a full check-up because I was having issues with the battery, even though the car had only recently been purchased and other garages kept telling me everything was fine. The car was diagnosed straight away and I was given a clear breakdown of the repair costs. Emma, who works there, provided outstanding service. She even called the dealer where the car had been bought, and thanks to her knowledge of warranties and post-purchase rights, I was able to recover a large part of the repair costs. Really brilliant service, and I will definitely be using this garage again. There are very few places nowadays where you get real help along with a friendly atmosphere. I genuinely recommend this place.

   I had an outstanding experience at Five Star Autocentre, thanks to Emma’s exceptional customer service. Emma took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood all my options without any pressure. I have used Five Star Autocentre before, from the diagnostic to completing the work, they have always done a great job. The complimentary car wash is also a nice gesture! I will be using Five Star again for sure!

   Emma and her team have done an amazing job on looking after me and my car. Went for a gold service and MOT. Everything was explained to me in detail. Did not feel rushed and looking after my car has been a breeze. Was given a fully itemised list of what needed to be done to my car and was happy with all the costs. Thumbs up for the loan car also as was able to go about my day without having to worry about not having a car. So happy with service and have not booked in for next year. Don’t want to go anywhere else now. Thank you again to all the staff at Five Star Auto for your exceptional work and your attention to detail.

   I was so grateful to this company. My brakes were making a horrible noise. It was a last minute call to them as to me it was an emergency. My car was in the same day and ready the same day. 4 days until Christmas. Cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this company and definitely use in the future. Staff are friendly and courteous and nothing to much trouble. Even got a courtesy car thrown in for free.

   Five Star Autos have diagnosed, fixed and maintained my vehicle for some time and after performing major repairs and MOT testing recently, I have to say they are wonderful!!    Amazing from start to finish. So professional and courteous. I booked online on a Sunday evening, put down for collection on Tuesday as I thought Monday collection was a bit cheeky. Had a phone call from five star first thing Monday, I explained the issues I had been through with my regular garage and the fuel leak I had been left with. they collected the car within the hour. The car was thoroughly checked and diagnostics ran and I was told step by step what was needed. They set up a payment plan over 4 months which was really affordable . Not only this but I got my car back the same day all fixed. As a front line worker who is out and about in the community daily, I cannot express just how grateful I am to Five star auto who has enabled me to continue my work. This is my regular garage from now and I will recommend to everyone.

   Truly a five star garage. I am using them since 2019 and they have never disappointed me. The staff is very professional and friendly including the management staff. They always think from the customer's side and replace parts when only its actually necessary to do, if not they just fix it. Also, they have a convenient procedure to give a courtesy car when necessary I would recommend this garage to anyone, they will not disappoint you !
