This is one of the best garages that i have every come across and a 5 start rating. I went for an MOT and found them to be very friendly, helpful. This garage with out a doubt is the best service I have received from any garage bar none including Halfords and Quickfit. I had an issue with my car and choose this place due to the outstanding customer service I received over the phone, once I had arrived I was amazed at how clean the garage was and the professionalism shown to me soon as I walked into the office. They took no time and diagnoised the problem to be my EGR valve and also educated me on the issue in detail. I generally am wary with the information provide to me due to my bad experiences with previous garages who either exaggerated a problem or gave me false information altogether. With the time the mechanics took to explain to me the issue and how to have it resolved I was very confidence using this garage. Once they replaced the part they showed me the old part that had the issue and once again showed and explained what the issue was on the part. Numerous months later my car was experiencing issues again and when I phoned up the garage they were polite and asked me to go back at my convenience. Once they looked into the matter which was done the same day they found it to be the part that was replaced and immediately sent it back to the manufacturer and replaced it with another brand new one. There was no charge and this was all done in very quick time and without any hassle and fuss, I was taken aback at how quick and professional they was with me, I was blown away the by the fact I didn't have to pay a penny even though the issue occurred months later after the first visit. I couldn't have asked for a better service and would recommend them highly. I have actually recommended them to my friends and they all have said the same which is the service is outstanding. I will without any doubt use this garage anytime I have issues. Thank you for the service guys, 10/10.
This garage today restored my faith in garages. I went for an MOT they were just so friendly and helpful. They were honest and my car passed now in the past I feel I have never had a car do that and unnecessary repairs have ensued because they take advantage and this garage does NOT take advantage. How rare is that?? I now have found a garage that I shall take my car to if I ever need any work doing. I trul;y cannot recommend enough and my greatest testament they are now my chosen garage and are going to service my car and rectify any minor issues. They deserve an honest review and they deserve every success. They were professional, efficient, helpful, funny and just welcoming and for that I thank you - you deserve only success. Normally I do not write reviews but this company deserves one!!!! They have amazing customer focused care.
