“We were advised by our usual garage to visit Ravi at Shokar Motors (Keighley) regarding an intermittent problem with our Zafira. Unfortunately the issue became significantly worse at the start of the Bank Holiday. I contacted Ravi and he arranged to meet me with the car. Ravi was really friendly and he kept in touch frequently, updating us on progress with the car. He worked hard to rectify an intermittent issue and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He contacted us outside of regular works hours as well and even sent a message once the car had been fixed and collected to check on the performance of the car the following day. They came to tow it back and diagnosed the problem immediately, which filled me with confidence that they knew what they were doing.
