   Great service, came out tonight, late Saturday night, within an hour or so of calling, kept us updated on arrival time. Diagnosed problem quickly, went away for a part and came back to fit it. Had our boiler working and heating going in no time, thank goodness as it's absolutely freezing! Good communication and went out of his way to help, will definitely use again.

   I rang the night before regarding a lack of hot water and he promised to show up first thing in the morning, and he kept to his word arriving before 9.    My boiler had stopped working and with a 6 month old baby that's not what you need in winter. Gave this company a call and was greeted with a prompt response. He diagnosed the fault within 15 minutes, a new part was needed. He rang around the wholesalers whilst he was here, found the part and went to collect it all the way from Leeds. He then came back at 5.20pm and fitted the part. He saw that I needed to get the heating back on with having a baby so went the extra mile to get my boiler working again. I couldn't fault the service I received and I would certainly use and recommend this company again.
