   Our car failed its MOT on emissions at our local garage and we were recommended to take here. The staff were friendly, gave the car a thorough check over and explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Easy to get the train here too, so I dropped off the car and was able to get into work in Leeds easily.

   I have used this garage for years and have always been pleased. I brought my daughter’s car in for a service in September. As she is a new driver the black box records the vehicle use. I was disappointed to see that the car had been used for a trip to the pie shop on Skipton road. It showed the start and finish times of the trip there and back and the time that the driver was in the shop. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Last week they did the MOT. The black box recorded dangerous driving on the test run before and after they did a repair. It really makes you question how your car is looked after when in their care. I told the garage only to be told they don’t know who that would have been. Really? I would expect that if a large main dealer. Sadly I won’t be using this garage again and have taken my three vehicles elsewhere. Be warned.

   Service to car caused more issues after the service than it had before the service, when I returned to the garage a few days later, one of the staff got it sorted, however the issue started again a few days later, when phoned the garage I was fobbed off, and still waiting for a call back which I don't expect to get. I will now look for a proper garage not happy at all

   My car broke down a few miles away from their garage, found them on Google maps. Although they are a scoda specialist they happily said they'd take a look at my 1969 triumph herald. They came to tow it back and diagnosed the problem immediately, which filled me with confidence that they knew what they were doing. They ordered my parts as quick as they could and got my car back to me the next day. The work carried out was done to a very professional standard and they couldn't have been more approachable, quickly answering any questions I had. I really can't recommend these lads enough. They really did get me out of a pickle. I was presently surprised by the total cost of the repair too. As the lads said, an honest price for an honest day's work. Not like many garages who'll try to add things to the price. Really can't recommend them enough.
