Matt was down to earth, explained what might actually be happening and that the need for such extensive works was just not there. I've never been so impressed by a garage. I'm always nervous to approach a garage for fear of being ripped off or not understanding what needs doing with not knowing vehicle technical terminology. From the initial book in call to the after work call for advice, I couldn't have had a better experience. Great service, great advice and will be returning for sure.
Great people, very friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and fixed my car with a few days. They kindly also managed to supply me with a car to use, while mine was being fixed. They provided short videos of the problems, which they sent to the Warranty company. Extremely professional, and I won't be using anyone else from now on. Thank you very much. Called these guys first thing on a Saturday as our Freelander had died whilst towing a caravan to a site a few miles away. They could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Took the car down and it was fixed in less than an hour, and it hadn’t been an easy fault to find. They we so polite, friendly and cheerful, even though we’d brought them extra work when they didn’t need it. Would highly recommend this garage for anyone with a 4x4.
Marvellous service fixed a seat issue that others couldn’t.Having recently bought an XK my seats weren’t reclining back properly to a 90 degree angle,other garages both independent and main dealers talked about removing the seats,fitting new motors etc etc.All of this would have been completely unnecessary and costly. Elliot has recalibrated the seats all is now working fine and was certainly worth a 45 minute drive this morning from Leeds. I will be certainly be using these guys in the future.PS my wife says thank you too she can now sit properly in her seat.
